Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Security-Widefield

So the Fountain Mesa used to be my Dominos for Delivery. Some time in recent years it swapped to this one. Fountain Mesa had excellent workers and excellent service. I had been ordering their for nearly a decade for quick fixes or birthday parties.

Yesterday around 6:30pm I get my order from this location on Main Street. Apparently I ordered a pizza with no sauce? And wasn't aware using the online ordering system. So I called and tried to have it fixed we didn't even eat the entire pizza. My kids ate two slices and I noticed it had no sauce. I had them stop eating it hoping we could exchange it so they didn't think we were tryin' to take advantage like some people eating the entire thing then complaining. We kept the integrity of the food so they could see. I had made a phone call to the store some time before 6:35. I can't remember the ladies name that answered, but I told her the issue and was hoping to have it fixed. I told her I could give the pizza back and everything. She said since I (Unknowingly placed the order without sauce, which is disgusting not even sure why someone would do that intentionally) that I would have to pay for a replacement pizza. I said fine. I asked though since I ordered the pizza using the mix and match could I get the same price for the 6.99 plus tax or w/e. So essentially I'm just ordering another pizza and not even having the first remedied. Which is w/e at this point I guess I'm tryin' to work together with them to be fair. I've enjoyed Dominos over the years over the other chains. She told me no and said I'd have to pay the standard price of $16 and some change. I said okay then hung up. Then my kids for an early birthday celebration while their mother has taken vacation time to enjoy some time with the family had to eat disgusting no sauce pizza. Because I wasn't about to spend nearly the price of 3 pizzas on a mix and match for one pizza. And I just know if the Fountain Mesa location was still my delivery provider this wouldn't have even be an issue. So I guess I'll just have to do pick at Fountain Mesa from now on since this bum Main Street Location isn't capable of helping out consumers on something I didn't think was a severe issue for a big corporate chain on something that doesn't even happen often. I will be leaving this review across every reviewable internet site available. Glad my kids birthday dinner and weekend started out like...

So, I went onto the Domino's App with intentions of using the FREE Medium 2 Topping Pizza (Delivery Only) coupon I was given. This coupon specifies that's its delivery only so I'm aware there will be a delivery fee. It came out to about $5 total. No worries I understand and I continued to try to check out....... NOPE. This restaurant only delivers on orders $20 or more...... completely ridiculous and this is a terrible sales practice to force people to spend money they don't need or want to. C'mon Domino's.... you can do better than this. Congratulations on losing a loyal and frequent customer because of your greed. We will not be ordering from you again. There are too many other Pizza places in my area that are willing to serve the customer....

Your delivery driver served my pizza with an attitude, shuffling away from my doorstep after handing me my pizzas. she was too quick to realize, and I shouted, "hey wait! Here you go have a nice night be safe on the roads" and proceeded to hand her a tip. Makes me wonder how attentive to the quality care trusted in expectations of delivery drivers....

Anyways I like going in person to this location because you can actually dine in and eat. Way better to receive fresh out of the oven on site than a mishandled delivery

Great food, it's the best domino's can get, nothing ground breaking or something worthwhile to justify a trip miles down here should you live out...
