I think the nice lady that took our money at the first window was having a bad day and needed a hug or something Bc she just seemed like she hated the world. The attitude came with a look that you got from the “ole bitty” type of prude neighbor when you was a kid. I thought I made it easier because I had placed a mobile order so there was no need to even speak with the nice lady. But she came to that little window and said, “you already paid- you can go forward!” I was a little taken back but I just nodded as there was another vehicle in front of me and I couldn’t move forward even if I wanted to. I’m not sure if she realized that or not as she looked my way one last time and I still got that “drop dead” kind of look before she just walked off around the corner…. I’m sure to do very important work stuff. But I just want to say to the Nice lady at the 1st Wendy’s drive thru in Sedalia off of 65 hwy with all of those very intimidating blurry jailhouse hand tattoos and obviously smudged glasses with salt and pepper messy hair….. I am so sorry your having a bad day ma’am. I sure hope it gets better for you! Read moreOrdered four cheese and egg McMuffins. Two we're okay. The other two the cheese was not melted at all. And there was nothing that resembled an egg. I live 40 minutes away. Didn't realize till I got home. Called back to talk to a manager. Got some girl with no patience named Stacy. She did not care about the low quality of performance or food appearance. All she wanted to do is give me my money back. I explained to her I did not want my money back I did not want a free meal. I wanted her to improve their service. So that I might want to return. She took no interest in this she was rude sharp and quick with me. Part of this younger generation who just don't have time. Now she can say she's busy or whatever. But I'm a customer I come first. So here you go Stacy Miss I'm a manager also. You're a lousy manager. You and your entire staff need to be retrained. Or you can quit or get fired. But if all you do is lousy service and refunds. You will not have a job for long because they will go out of business. Think about it next time before you just run your mouth. Listen to the customer especially one that's not just yelling at you...
Read moreI hadn't been here in a year because this time last year there were fifty flies buzzing around the lobby. This time there weren't any so I got in line to order. The cashier waited on the two people in front of me and then when it was my turn to order, the cashier looked at me and before I could speak she turned her back and walked off and disappeared for five minutes while I stood there waiting to order.
When she finally graciously walked back to the register to take my order, I ordered a standard Dave's Single combo. When I went to fill my drink cup at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, over half of the drink choices were grayed out.
When I got my food, they put the incorrect and cheapest bun on my Dave's Single instead of the premium bun it was supposed to come on and they didn't even toast the bun like they were supposed to. The burger didn't taste nearly as good as it was supposed to as a result.
Maybe if I wait another year the next set of revolving employees will do their jobs properly which is the next time I plan to potentially waste my money here like...
