Went into the store twice this weekend 6/07/25 & 6/08/25 looking for a limb saw. Found a battery operated DeWalt on sale for $149. It was sold tool only. I asked three different store employees, one guy who has been there since the store opened was with another young lady who also worked there. Paid more attention to her and really didn't want to talk to me. I asked him about the location and price of the battery for the limb saw, his response was "I don't know". Never offered to help with anything. Didn't want to leave that little ladies side! We'll do you know where I should start looking? "No". Also the guy in the service department didn't have a clue, also never offered to find out where. This was today, Sunday! I eventually found the batteries and the chargers on my own, the cost more than the tool,they were by the restrooms, how many times would these employees go by there in a day? Horrible customer service. They have a lot of stuff in there, just don't ask anyone for help! I hope the store manager reads this! I am done with that place. I did go elsewhere and bought what I wanted for less money and...

2 ladies that run the cash register are very nice. Even the one that hasn’t been there very long. She was trying to find price for me on wooden post they have seeing how the price stickers was removed from the yellow tags on them and can’t read the writing on them. The guy that was running the customer service desk very rude frist off asked me if he could help me when told him I needed price on post outside he snapped she will have to help you I’m busy. When assistant manager came up he snapped to her to look it up one way when she went to say something to him he ignored her and went to the service desk. I told her loud enough for the 2 guys to hear me not to worry about seeing how people want to ignore her and not help her find the prices. Use to shop there on a regular after this I will not be back into...
