This place was great when it first opened. Had great employees too (personable and familiar)! Not so much anymore!! A lot of staff turnaround at this store! New faces all the time. This location is constantly and consistently out of stock on many items, even packaged coffee. The usual response is that it's coming on a delivery next week or we have it out back, but we haven't yet opened the boxes. And, as far as the "on-the-go" mobile app ordering, it's ridiculous! The on-the-go system doesn't work here and hasn't worked correctly in several months (maybe even a year). If walking-in to pickup, you have to show your order on your phone to prove you ordered it. Sort if defeats the entire purpose of "passing the line" to pickup your order, don't you think? The broken on-the-go system here has been going on for as long as I can remember. When outside of the morning rush hour, you may walk in and stand at the counter for several minutes before anyone even notices and/or greets you. For a very long time frame (no matter what time of day), they never even brewed coffee in the front counter area. If you walked in and ordered coffee, they would walk all the way to the back of the store to the "drive-thru" coffee machine (s) to pour your cup! All the while, the coffee pots and machines in the front would remain clean and unused. I can only assume it was for one reason - less to clean at end of night. It was the most insane business practice I've ever seen. I have even showed up at this location within their posted business hours (hours posted both on the doors and online) to find them closed. Sorry to say it's most always either a crapshoot and/or disappointment when coming here. It's simply either poor management, ownership, or a combination of both. Read moreI’ve been here four times. I can’t speak on the value of the food or coffee here. Why? Because each time I’ve been here, they refuse to serve me. Most recently, I arrived at 4:15 (5 minutes ago) and asked for two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps and she told me, and I quote, “we actually aren’t serving hot food right now because we close in what...20 minutes?” She was insinuating that they close at 4:35pm? When, in fact, they close at 5pm. Once before, it was 20 minutes before closing and they said no hot food. Twice before they also said they cannot serve hot food and I told them, “no worries, can I have a medium iced coffee with cream, no sugar?” To which, two different employees told me, almost verbatim, “it’s been so crazy today, we actually don’t have any cold coffee right now, but I can making you a frozen coffee!” I’m not sure I really understand what’s going on in there.
