I made a decent purchase a week ago. I told the representative at the time of purchase that I was trying them out because I was not happy with the store I had been going to. The vape pen I bought stopped working a week after purchasing. I went back to the location and explained my issue and showed the rep. I asked for it to be replaced and I was going to purchase another. I was told that I could not be helped. No return or exchange policy. I asked that if I bought it and took it outside and it didn’t work and came right back in would it be replaced and was told no. I asked for a manager and was told that they would tell me the same thing. What kind of service and policy is that? The clientele there is also unappealing as one threatened me as I aired my plight. Not all customers are losers and they should not assume such. I have already sent an email to my over 100 employees in the area not to use this store and plan to do more. Ridiculous place. Save your time and go...

Don't buy any Vape mods from this place. I paid for a vape from here and it didn't work and the owner said I couldn't return or exchange it for a new one. I work hard for my money and was not leaving until the owner did something about it. The owner then agreed to give me a new one because I was right. You can't sell defective product to your customers and not take care if them that's how you're going to lose business and I promise you I will never return to this shop again and I will make sure my friends and family will also not go here. I will recommend people I run into not to go here also if they was to ask me for a good Vape shop I will recommend another shop where they take care of their customers when they sell a defective Vape.
