The star is for the wait time....I never got to try the coffee........Maybe the place isn't done yet....i got into the drive thru inside lane with several other cars in front of me then I couldn't back out when the other cars pulled in behind me....sat for 10 min and there was no active speaker to make an order so i guess you have to wait until you reach the window.... I sat another 8 minutes to move up in line still 4 cars in front of me....sat another several minutes and finally moved up a car....I just wanted to get out of the line but there's a median divider between the lanes and other cars started coming in that other outside lane and where there is a slight opening to merge those cars block it.... Finally after another 10 minutes I waved at the other car blocking my exit and asked if i could get out of line when the next car moved up... So I finally exited after more then 20 min when the car in front of me exited too and left...... Again not sure if they have a speaker ordering system when it's completed or you just have to wait and wait like that.. This was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros......I won't be back if so..... Read moreSo, $7 is an expensive cup of coffee, at least to me. But that's fine, because I choose to pay it instead of brewing my own. That being said, the ladies during the week are fantastic. They'll come out to your vehicle and take orders from those in line to speed things up. Now.... I went today (Saturday morning). After waiting 15 min for the 3 vehicles in front of me, what i received was terrible. The coffee tasted fine, but there was 2 inches of foam on top. Now the $7 is really expensive when im missing 1/3 of my coffee. I think someone needs to retrain the gentleman working this morning. This makes me rethink coming here in the mornings instead of a cheap cup of joe from any gas station. At least there i know it...
Read moreI transitioned from Starbucks to Dutch Bros, which has been my go-to destination, but unfortunately, I encountered subpar service today. After waiting longer than I should have due to it being a mobile order, a young lady finally approached the window, opened it, and inquired how she could assist me. I informed her that I had placed a mobile order, and she subsequently relayed this information to another girl, stating that the order had not been prepared. The other girl then arrived at the window, abruptly closed it, very rude and commenced preparing my order. I actually like this place but the service I’ve been getting lately...
