Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Seguin

Our experience a Jack in The box on Court Street is not good we went inside to make sure we got hot hamburgers and hot fries we sit there 10 maybe 12 minutes what's 8 or 10 cars go through the line they finally bring us our hamburgers out in bags not in their little trays burgers or ice cold fries were hot the service was just poor I figured I'd give him another try got my order after driving 18 me to my house open the bag wasn't even what I ordered I went back manager made it right three employees sitting in the lobby I guess they were on break I don't know there was no napkins I asked one of them about the napkins and she pointed to the counter said she's not on duty gets up and walks out the door young man sitting at table across from me looks at me like I'm crazy he's on break too so was another lady sitting right behind us I mentioned we needed napkins no one even lifted a finger to help us meanwhile the three people in the back we're busting their tails just trying to keep up with the cars the other three in the lobby playing with their phones once again I put it on the ownermust be paying their employees chump change to be treating their customers like chumps as of today I will never step foot in that Jack in the box again three strikes you're out baby thank you to the manager for making my order right too bad you have to work with some slack people like that blame it on the owners they don't care just living off...

I ordered 30 tacos, yes that's a lot but that what my guest wanted. I asked for taco sauce(which should be a given,) and one ranch(one of my friends likes ranch.) This Jack in the Box is about 15 minutes from me. So 30 minutes round trip. First, the lady is rude over the speaker phone because she asked how many taco sauces I needed and I said a lot. She said (rudely,) I need a specific number. I said 20. I get up to the window, wait ten minutes while she text on her phone while it sits beside the register. Fine whatever get my food and drive to the house. Wouldn't you know It, I get to the house and not ONE single taco sauce is in either of the bags, nor the ranch. Yes, I should have checked, but seriously, 30 tacos and you don't put ONE single sauce in the bags. I tried calling to complain and I'm not a complainer, but I was pretty pissed. The phone rings about 4 times and starts sounding like it is a fax machine or the old school ail sound when it's logging in. Tried about ten times. No answer. This is the Jack in the Box I use when I'm in the mood. Always wait and employees are always rude. Don't think I've ever seen a manager in the 4 years I've been going periodically. • Attention Manager * Young staff members need a whole lot better training. ▪ I tried to use one of Jack In the Box company's coupon towards one of 3 meals purchased but the worker @ the window refused to take it. ▪ Guess it was too difficult for them to subtract the value of the coupon and recalculate the tax. ▪ They need to learn to ask if any coupons will be used with purchase so they won't have to fear doing Basic Math to recalculate the new total. ▪ Plus I asked for a receipt but never got one. I was later informed it's standard practice, the young workers @ Jack in the Box never give anyone any receipts. Never Have I Ever Experienced Such Bad Service @ Any Jack in the Box locations in Various States. --Poor Service is a sure fire way to lose Bussiness -- I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! !! After reading other reviews, I see the Manager also needs additional Managerial Training.
