Read moreOn my way back home to San Antonio we stopped at BM for the chicken strip plate added 3 extra strips and chicken sandwhich. Order was taken in a timely manner, drivethru service was good and order was out In a couple of minuets. We jump back on I10 to head home. Well much to my surprise everything was bad...really bad.the chicken strips plus the extra ones that had ordered were hard as rocks. The fries were the worst I've ever had, not to mention the chicken sandwhich..you couldn't even bite into. SO WE BAGGED EVERTTHING BACK UP AND DIDNT EAT ANY OF IT. So of course we called and talk to ready employees and told her what had happened and she took my name and number down and I said to her that we did not live in Seguin but that we live in San Antonio and passed by the Bill Millers and wouldn't be able to come back right away or within the next just it would be like a week or two weeks before we went back to retrieve our food she said that was fine for us just to keep a receipt. So yesterday I went to retrieve our food you know what the correct order from Bill Millers. You would have thought that I was holding up the place with the way the cashier treated me. She looked at me like I was dumb she talked to me like I was I had no idea what I was talking about when I pulled out my receipt she took it from me when around the back corner and I heard some voice say for real this is from January 1st and I said in a loud voice I said to whoever that person was that yes it was from January 1st and I told the cashier or whoever took our names down that I wasn't going to be able to come back in a week or two weeks that you would be time before we came back to retrieve our order and she said that was perfectly fine and that that's where she got my name number. Then a I guess gentleman manager comes out from the back and starts questioning me again on the receipt the order and I'm thinking seriously like I'm just going to randomly come into your restaurant with a random receipt and say that all I need you to do the Remake on this order know my order ended up being close to $40 for two people on to go food the food was horrible when we went to retrieve our we do order the staff was so rude and just made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like my service or my business wasn't wanted there chances are I probably won't go back to this...
Read moreThis location should not be on the side of I-10!!!! With 1 person ahead of me, I thought I would be in & out.....instead I waited 40 mins for a small order. That's not acceptable. After 30 minutes I asked for a refund so I could leave & I was told the manager had to do that so I asked how long would that take & I was told "I don't know". Really?!?!
And after waiting all that time the cashier went to the back to check on my order & brought out a tray of food. I looked at her & told her my oder was for To-Go. & I went back to waiting again & got to watch a girl wipe her nose with her hand that had a glove on it & she didn't take the glove off , she just went back to the kitchen & started handling food. Extremely gross.
For being a restaurant right off of I-10 & being open on New Years Day, I would think they would have been prepared. 2 cashiers, double kitchen staff & a manager that could be seen. Just while I was waiting for my food I saw roughly 10 people come in & walked out without even placing their order from just the slowness of the staff, the trash cans overflowing, dirty tables everywhere & a massive amount of people complaining about "where their food was".
Corporate needs to retrain this staff on how to streamline service for a decent flow of customers.
Never to...
