Chicken Express Seguin Hwy 46 — Restaurant in Seguin

Like usual….. I honestly thought that this place was giving and cared for their loyal customers, over 100 times we been to this place and always order the same thing. Big Family Chicken tenders. This time I asked for the same 10 paper plates like usual never had a problem in the past. For 30pc tenders 10 paper plates is some what not enough. So I asked for 10 paper plates and they all acted confused like if I was robbing them or if that was coming out of their pockets, what seem to be the manager came up to me and said “ I can only give you 3 plate’s because your order is not Big Enough “. Very greedy Hispanic guy asking like that was going to come out his pocket… what a shame! Might not be a big deal to a lot but having all my 8 kids in the van going on a long distance trip and my kids waiting for their plate of food. How do I explain to them they will not be getting a plate that they have to wait until we stop at the nearest Dollar store...

First off I loveeee Chicken Express and have never had a problem until it came to this location. The guy that took my order was so short and nasty with me so I combatted by being nice and welcoming and still nothing. I get to my location, and notice that my food is extremely cold like it had been sitting there all day and they hadn’t dropped a fresh batch of chicken in a while. Utterly disgusting, but that’s not even the worst part. I look at my chicken and there’s a piece of hair fried into it. I almost puked. The manager I spoke to acted like he didn’t care when I called to discuss what had occurred.
