Magic's Pizza Shack — Restaurant in Selah

Was there with my girlfriend for lunch trying to find the best pizza place in yakima. the waitress was nice enough, but you could tell she had something else on her mind. Place is still 90's style and is in desperate need of some lighting and remodel. We ordered a medium, half-half two topping pizza and an order of cheese bread. The cheese bread was, literally, a hogie bun, unfolded, with cheese on it. Tasted bland, and WAY overpriced for what it was. our pizza was half green peppers and pineapples, and half chicken and Bacon on their normal crust with normal sauce. Their "original recipe" crust was flat, tossed with flour, and honestly, tasted like it came from a cheap, unleavened mix. On the plus side, toppings were very generous. The sauce however was a different story. Reletively tasteless, with a hint of spices. Tasted too much like canned tomatoes and like it had not be reduced at all. Overall, 3.5/10 stars, would reccomend the pizza a one time try but...

Will start by saying their pizza is definitely carrying their restaurant! A little pricey, but worth it! Some of the best pizza crust I’ve ever had—and I’m hard to impress when it comes to pizza. However, the rest of the menu items I’ve tried have been severely lacking. Their pastas and chicken taste like frozen meals, salads are strangely subpar for a pizza establishment, cheesy bread tastes like they took some sandwich bread, sprinkled cheese on it, and threw it in a microwave. Breakfast is alright, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast pizza did grow on me as I ate it. Can have a much better breakfast—for much cheaper—at Denny’s. Service is so-so, at least not rude. Just moved to the area from out of state. We thought we'd give this place a try. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. I never thought it was possible but, I actually found a pizza that's worse than Domino's . It was late at night so I did not lies about why we were the only customers in there. Now I know why. The pizza dough was raw around the inside edge of my pizza in places and tasted like flour and cardboard. The toppings were sparse and horrible and it was all we could do to eat it. I definitely will never eat there again. I had high hopes that this was going to be a place where we could eat pizza and watch the Seahawks game. I wouldn't even give this place a one-star but in order to post my review I had to make a selection. So sense there's not an option for zero...
