McDonald's — Restaurant in Selbyville

An employee name Litti on 04/21/25 At 8:32AM needs to be dealt with. She does not like her job I could tell by her attitude this morning when I decided to stop by to grab an ice coffee (carmel, extra cream and sugar) before work. I wrote a review as soon as I left, sure did. God don’t play about me. Long story short, she made me late! I pull up give her my order and code you..get to the window… and never put the code in ask for managers help.. they got it..she let me pull off without a receipt… turn back around back to the window…and she acting like she doesn’t see me im beeping the horn waving for about a long 2 minutes there was nobody in the line at all and she finally opened the window when someone else pull up behind me and she still didn’t give me the original receipt i clarified that it was for my fletch account for pionts.. it’s the sticky one you put on the bag idk I’m irritated I feel disrespected ignored and unimportant it’s not my fault I wanted a has town and a free ice coffee with my pionts!! I was having a good day and she messed that up for me I have bipolar these type of situations can be sensitive to others i don’t care how it sound do your job respectfully The place looks like it’s ran by great management. It’s just that one employee that got under my skin because of this I’ll never be returning back...

I live in Selbyville and have most of my life so I’m a frequent visitor to this location, and usually, It’s a positive experience and I love it. I drove by a couple days ago and they had a sign taped to the speaker saying they were closing at 8— no big deal, I would just come back again. Yesterday the sign was gone when I grabbed a soda. Placed a mobile order at around 7:50, just in case they had the sign up again. They did, and by the time it was our turn at the window (there was a line) it was 8:09 and they refused to honor our order. It wouldn't have been a big deal had they not shut the window in our face and proceeded to try and lock it. The manager finally came to the window, no apology, and told us just to cancel it because they’re closed and hadn't processed our order yet. I feel for the business and lack of employees, I do, but why is it my fault that no one had made sure to turn off mobile orders, or that they unexpectedly started closing at 8? not to mention turning the drive through and parking lot lights off while there were still people in line. Felt like they were trying to...

We stopped here for a quick bit after a long trip on the road. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, expect for the grease stain everywhere. The service was okay. When we were ordering our meal the guy at the register talked very quiet and when we asked him to repeat what he said, he rolled his eyes and spoke a little bit louder. Once we got our meal which was 3 big macs we noticed the buns were stale, the hamburger it’s self was sufficiently smaller than the picture. On the other hand the fries were very good. There were absolutely no condiments anywhere to be found. So when i walked up to the register to ask if they had salt and ketchup packets, the one man standing there told me, “Don’t talk to me, I’m on my break.” and walked away. Eventually another employee gave me salt and ketchup packets from under the counter. The bathrooms very clean and so were the tables. When my sister walked into the bathroom a lady was at the sink pouring out her entire milkshake telling my sister it was disgusting. Overall, I don’t recommend this McDonalds, spend your money on one...
