Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Selma

I have a good reason for why I gave them a one. I went right before closing and ordered a Chicken Breast meal, well first off they didn't have any fries, so I ordered Okra. 2. I got all the way home to notice BLACK BURNT OKRA INSTEAD with a 3 pk of soggie Jalepeno Peppers and a dried out Biscuit. I immediately called up their, because I paid for one of they most expensive meals and couldn't even get full. They told me to give them my name and to bring the food back tomorrow. I did, I asked for the General Manager and she came and I said I came through your drive through last night and look what they gave me. She looked so uninterested and told me okay well the fries came in today I'll give you another order. She didn't even give me a piece of Chicken to go with it. I was so upset so I asked her to replace my Jalepeno Peppers as well and she told her Staff to replace them too. I had to buy a piece of Chicken and she was standing right there and didn't offer to give me the Chicken for free. Now what I had a problem with is I couldn't believe that they would actually serve me those burnt Okras, I had to eat my Chicken the night before without Okra, and I wasted my gas and time to come back up there after a degrading purchase and the GM couldn't replace the whole meal? I don't go back to them anymore, that wasn't right. Poor Customer Service and...

Use to be the best chicken in Alabama!!! Not anymore. First of all the staff is horrible. They have no knowledge of what customer service means. Ex: I go there just yesterday and place an order and my daughter notices a long hair on her biscuit..well we take it back and the manager on duty asks us.. "What you want me to do??" while she's frowning! I think that this restaurant could be good again if they fired that whole staff they have and start with a fresh crew!! No one ever welcomes you before they take your order, three lobby is never clean, and let's not mention the 20 minute wait in drive through before you even order! I really wouldn't recommend this place to any of our out-of-town visitor's. They would make our reputation here in Selma worse than it...

Disrespectful and just plain rude. Just a tip. Don’t walk in to that place when you’re on FaceTime. The girls behind the counter were talking about me and they were laughing to eachother about me..and taking pictures of me. Another tip. If you’re behind the counter making $10 an hour frying chicken, don’t judge other people. And next time don’t assume anything. Say it with your chest :) and the only reason I knew they were talking about me was because they mentioned the AirPod in my ear and that I was on FaceTime, which shows they most likely thought I wasn’t listening or could hear them. So grow up, and be more respectful and professional. Well..as professional you can be at a fast food...
