I gave them one star really only because they don't offer a option for a half star. I'm not being mean, I'm being honest. This store has suffered in recent years. They're losing GOOD help in this particular location and it shows. Not only in the messiness of their store but in the food as well. This used to be a great place to eat but since new management is in place it's not. You will be waiting a while and the store was a nasty mess. Someone should call the health inspector! Literally food remnants laying everywhere on the counters and floors. Didn't use any gloves when touching the food and the utensils they had sitting in the nasty milky looking water (who knows when it was last changed) they sat in it until use. Then the employee grabbed it and slung the water on it everywhere... on the counter, floor, other appliances nearby and in the ice cream. Yikes to the person getting that! I'm sure they were busy before but who trained these kids? They need to be retrained themselves. Where's the nice clean friendly Braums that used to be? Come on Braums you can do better. Please invest in training for your staff. A nice attitude wouldn't hurt either. With the economy the way it is and prices being what they are I can't in good consciousness recommend it but choices are limited in this city so pray...
Read moreWe were in the drive through right behind one other car. When it pulled through, we pulled forward and waited and no one asked for our order. My husband even said we are ready to order twice and still nothing. Another car pulled into the other drive and they took their order, we waited thinking that they would then take our order and yet another car in the other drive thru gave their order. We then pulled around and went inside. Inside the cashier tried to short us $2, and then after ordering sweet tea we discovered that it was empty in the dining area so I asked for them to fill it with the drive thru one. It also was empty so they just handed me my cup back, like sorry about your luck. I don’t drink pop so I then went back to the front and asked for my money back for the tea. Only then did they get a manager to make tea. The combination of these events resulted in the customer being very frustrated rather than satisfied. Please do better...
Read moreI was treated so badly by the manager working the 3 o'clock shift for no reason what so ever. I followed the notice on the window that reads, if you were not given your receipt , immediately notify the manager. Which I did. After about 5 minutes he returned to the window and handed me my receipt and I asked about the $5 gift card. He said you have your receipt then shut the window in my face. After leaving, I noticed that they also short changed me a dollar. As of right now, I'm awaiting a call from his district manager. I've never been treated this way in all of the years I've been enjoying Braums, or any franchise for that matter. It makes me sick that he thought he could run a scam on me over something so petty.
