Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Seminole

Update 2022 Stopped by for quick burger, girl at counter ignored me when I asked what register she was at. Huffed then walked off without another word. That is RUDE ! 10 mins later dude showed up to take our order, asked like he wanted to be anywhere else, but taking our order, which he got wrong. Burger only cheese and mustard. I got burger regular plus mustard. 15 more mins got order. That was my experience March 26 2022

Update I have since ordered food from here in 2020 and I don't know what changed. But food has been hot and delicious everytime and staff was polite and friendly, except on 1 occasion. The order taker was about as polite as a worthog. So we left and went elsewhere. Because if people don't spend thier money at places that do not treat customers correctly then they will go out of business, true story!

Ordered a Jr burger asked for mustard and all vegetables. Chocolate shake. Shake was thin but ok with that. Opened burger nothing but pickles and mustard, and was cold ! went back to window. Asked girl can you put all the vegetables on it please, her response that's all that comes on Jr burger. OK we asked to add vegetables, she called manager. Manager said that's all come on a Jr burger it would be extra for vegetables, we said ok. Then she stated again it only come with pickels. Gave them the food back took our business elsewhere. This is a shout out for Tiffany and her crew at the Seminole Carl's Jr. I work locally and have recently begun going to Carl's Jr. I never have in the past but one day they were the business that had the shortest line and I gave it a shot. It was not a decision I regret making at all. I am now a regular customer and I see absolutely no variation in the quality of the food or the service from the staff. The only reason I did not give service and atmosphere a five-star rating is a problem for the corporation. This location is often understaffed and yet they still turn out a quality product with a positive attitude (in my opinion) to boot. However, because of this if you are looking for a fast experience, it could be hit or miss. The fries are always perfectly crispy and not over salted and they are absolutely one of the best burgers in the area. Even another local fast food location that is supposed to be known for their burgers I do not prefer. I also have had multiple issues at that particular business and can never seem to get a consistent quality of food. Again I am impressed by the hard work of this Carl's Jr staff. I find the cost for the food that I get completely reasonable and again want to thank Tiffany and her particular crew for my experiences. Keep doing...

Horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN!!! My Dad ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders meal. There was 1 man eating inside and 2 vehicles in line behind us. We waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window, then the lady tells us "Everyone's been ordering chicken. It will be about 4 more minutes. Can you pull up and I'll bring it out to you"? I said "4 more minutes"? She said "yes". I said "we could have went to sonic and back by now"! I pulled up, waited 5 MORE MINUTES. a guy brought Dad's food out in a bag. Didn't ask if he wanted any sauce or anything. I said "Do you realize we've been waiting 25 plus minutes"? He said "I'm sorry ma'am". I said "I'm fixing to leave a Google review".
