Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seminole

I live 5 minutes away from this Dunkin so I used to come here all the time for my coffee and breakfast. Now I don’t and for a very good reason too. I don’t even leave reviews on places, this is my first time EVER writing a review on google ANYWHERE!!! Don’t come here if you are looking to grab quick coffee or food, it won’t happen. You’re order will also not be correct unless you repeat it to them at least 5 times or more, or get your order and give it back to them and explain why it’s not correct, multiple times. I’ve been to this Dunkin so many times, because it’s my home Dunkin and FINALLY gave up on it today. I had to run and get coffee before work and I was extremely late to work because of how much they messed up my order. I’ve gotten the wrong sandwich multiple times in the same order, wrong drinks multiple times, and much more. If you want to go here, just be prepared to have to repeat yourself to the workers who just sit inside and get...

Corporate needs to pay this store a visit. Since I work close, I stop by at least 1 or 2 times per week since they opened. Believe it or not, there were probably 5 times that I had good service and quality food. They are ALWAYS messing up. This morning, I went into the store and waited a few minutes. 1 person in the store waiting for food and nobody in the drive through. I let a few minutes go by and nobody even said hell. Even though there were 4 employees running around. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I receive a plain bagel. I see the nice green doughnuts on the sign , so I ordered a dozen of them. When I got to the office and opened them up. This is what I got.... Pictures are worth a thousand words. Corporate seriously needs to pay this location a visit and do some thinking about whether it should keep its doors open. If they can’t find anyone decent to work here it probably would be best if they closed it for good. First of all, the wait time to order was around 15 minutes even though the store only had two other customers waiting. When we finally got our drinks, one of them (chai latte) had an off taste as though the milk had gone rancid. We had to throw it away because it was completely inedible. My iced latte was ok, though. The craziest thing is that when we tried to exit the store all of the doors had been locked. It seemed for some reason they didn’t want any other customers entering the store. If you want a coffee, just go to the Starbucks on the other side of the Walmart....
