Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Seminole

I have had good experiences in the past bit today, not so much. Order sandwich, ask to have it cut in half. Open wrapper, sandwich not cut. Go back to counter, ask to have it cut in half...again, girl hands me plastic knife. Lol. I ask can you cut for me pls as they have professional knives and I get the whole lecture about pandemic and germs blah blah. So I said ok, well can you make me another sandwich then as it's not the way I ordered it. She says she would have to charge me for another sandwich. I said even though it's your mistake and she says well my coworker didn't tell me you wanted it cut in half. And how is this my problem? So the attitude sucked through all this and finally I said, well, will you refund my money then and she said sure. Lol. So instead of either cutting the sandwich or making me another one, you rather refund themoney, aggravate and lose a customer. Got it,...

This has to be my 3rd review I’ve ever done in my 36 years on this planet here we go. Who ever they have running that store is not someone I would want to be running my business. I walked in after a long night at the hospital it took about 5 mins to even have anyone out to greet me or acknowledge I was there…the one larger gentleman came out he was very courteous and nice I had my (little service dog in tow) the. The other man whoever he is with the bright blue eyes voice kinda sounds like a cartoon character comes out and was so incredibly rude even after me waiting so long no apologies nothing. I was turned down for service the larger guy was very nice the whole time but the other guy I’m telling you needs to be fired. So unprofessional and just rude. this review has nothing to do with the restaurant but more of the manager Josh himself. i applied for the delivery driver job and they gave it to me but as i have also been applying to many different jobs/interviews before, 2 hours later i got a better job offer and i thought i would be nice enough to let him know once i had time to let him know i accepted a different job so I wouldnt be wasting anymore of his time. but he was rude enough to act all salty about it and hangup on me with not another word. i guess the universe was doing me a favor by not taking this delivery driver job. as for location doesn’t really need any delivery drivers(because i was only gonna get 25hr a week) i was surprised from the manager rudeness, won’t even go there for to get a...
