I politely try tried to talked with the young man; he could care less about the situation and /or his attitude at that specific moment: You can run customers off with that type of attitude. Try being polite , listen, and do your best to address the problem. without being rude .Click the phone down. Of course I call back and asked who should I I talk with, how May I reach her? Her name and his name. Remain rude, answered questions and rudely clicked the phone down again. Very disappointed paying $40.00 maybe more for a medium pizza and order a large and receive a very piss poor attitude.

Read moreI placed an order online and as I was following my tracker it should have been delivered. I called the store and was told that my order left out at 5:13pm, it was 5:45 when I called. The driver just called and said that the way he was coming to my home which is off Schillinger Rd is blocked by the Sheriff Department and would like to meet him with my order or I can come pick it up at the store "Are You Serious " I replied you guys want me to meet you with a delivery order and pay for the delivery charge, "Does that make since!!! Remind you I've been waiting close to 2 hours by now and you want me to come pick up cold food and the purpose of a delivery was because I didn't want to leave home. I said that I will call the store manager and information him that I will not order anything else from you guys. The nice young man replied "Yes ma'am he told me to call you" Really? The manager didn't have the decency to call me back after I called about my order he had a kid to call me with options. What type of business is this? What happened to great customer service! Read moreI made a delivery order about a week ago and wasn't given an item I ordered. I called the same night and was told I would be given a "free replacement" for the item and there was now a $13 credit on my account.
I called today to redeem my free replacement... Some rude female answered the phone, put me on hold numerous times, and then told I "couldn't redeem it for delivery" and could "only pick it up in store" even though I was previously told it could be delivery... I asked to speak with the manager and with an attitude she goes "I am the manager" and hung up on me. Upon calling back to ask for corporate's information, she slipped up and said she "already informed her manager" of the situation. This location has began going further and further down hill lately, I usually just order from Domino's or Papa John's but they had an insanely long wait time the past few times I've ordered... so I gave Pizza Hut a try... Instantly regretted it.
