The woman working here on the shift when I came through with a mobile order was without a doubt the rudest person I've ever encountered. She literally just threw my order at me and said "here" as she walked off. They were not busy so I don't know what her hurry was I was the only person there. The messed up part is the person who was before me a Vietnamese gentleman, she was kind and chatty with. Only thing I did was tell her I have a mobile order and she immediately rolled her eyes said it's not done and then when it was done she just threw the order at me. I will never step foot back over there. I used to go there all the time as a kid and as an adult and I will never step foot back into that establishment again. If I had done anything to warrant that kind of treatment I wouldn't be so ticked off. I just can't figure out why I was mistreated so badly by her when the gentleman before me was not. Store Manager was waiting on us he was very impatiens. My husband was trying to ask a question and he rolled his eyes and looked away without responded. I stepped in and answered his question. Then he was getting my order together wrong and I politely was telling him. He did not respond to me so I asked another employee to make sure he did it right. The manager waved him off to do it, so why didn't he respond to me. There was also another lady there with her family and he treated her the same. All I can say is if you don't like African Americans then you should not work in customer service. I use to be an asst to a fast food supervisor if I'd walked in on such poor customer service he would have been fired on the spot and I'd have worked his shift. I can't even give you a 1, but...

Mini blizzard and hot fudge sundae for over $10. Asked to put chocolate sauce in Blizzard to make chocolate, they charged me an extra dollar. Never had other stores do that before. Didn't tell me it was extra. Wasn't chocolate, more like dirty white. Only 3/4 of cup full, ice cream smeared all over side of cup as they didn't even bother to wipe it down. Very soft and somewhat runny. Sundae was a bad joke. Maybe a tablespoon of fudge at most. Skimpy ice cream serving as well. Want quality product and service? Go somewhere else.
