Dollar General — Local services in Senatobia

I was very disappointed! I went to the one on hwy 51 by state line road. It was about 3 people in line, I was one of them. The lady at the checkout had a lot of items so the wait was long. The cashier is checking out customer but the manager was working on the other register doing reports. Now we are still standing in line waiting and she saw this white man got in line behind me the manager stop running her report and told him I can check you here. I'm still in line in front on him after she check him out. She closed her register and walked off. I will never visited...

I do not know who the guy is that just cashes me out but this is the third time that he has been so rude. He snatches , he never has a smile on his face nor does he ever act as if he enjoys his job , In my time when i worked for the public you treated the customers with a smile on your face and that the customer was always right , no matter what. This guy seems as if he could care less. Really do you want a person like that with that attitude working in store or at least give him a talking to about how he is presenting your store. I will just take my business...

This store is just terrible, there really is no other way to put it. The isles are always full of carts that block the items on the shelf making it impossible to get whatever it is you go into the store for. I've purchased milk from here that was bad even though it had a good date on it. Customer service sucks for the most part except for 1 or 2 of the employees, and if you go at night you are guaranteed to see roaches! I'd rather drive the distance to the cold water store or the one...
