T-Mobile — Local services in Senatobia

I have never had customer service like T-Mobile. They just earned life long customers at the senatobia store. I was just in with my mother and my son, as we were looking to swap from cspire. Not only did we get fantastic deals on 2 phones, but we also got a great deal on home internet. Kimberley, our store associate, was warm, welcoming, and absolutely above and beyond what normal customer service is. She explained how everything was going to work as simply and easily as possible, and got us a deal that saved us $64 on our phone and home internet bills.

Since then, I have been through 4 dead zones that would've stopped my cspire phone in it's tracks, and didn't even lose so much as a bar of signal. The home internet is faster, and more reliable than our previous cable option from sparklight, and we couldn't be happier.

This place sucks by the time I was finished spending 200 bucks they decided up my bill 40 more with little to no explination as to why. After talking to customer service the next morning they couldn't explain why the charges where added but that they definitely wasn't supposed to be and refunded me.
