AT&T Store — Local services in Senatobia

I went in to have my SIM card reactivated on a new phone I had purchased from AT&T online. There was one lady working and helping a customer when I walked in, but to start i was never greeted and that was okay she had someone with her. However, it wasn't until the workers friend walked in that she acknowledged me after gettimg up and speaking to her friend first. After about 30mins of being there she took a moment to come over to see what I was there for and I explained to her what was needed. She told me she couldn't help me with that and I would need to go to a "corporate store". I was confused and asked what were they since the sign said AT&T and she informed me that they were a 3rd party company and the only things they do is activate phones and pay bills....mind you she never bothered to even pull up my account to see if it was something she could help me with and told me the corporate store was in Southaven. I left there and went to Hernando AT&T where i was instantly greeted. I explained to them what I needed and the employee offered to pull up my account and had my phone working within 5mins! To finish off the Senatobia experience; there was an older gentleman I passed walking into the store when I was walking out and he had to go to the Hernando location also to get help! When we both realized we had just seen each in Senatobia we just laughed because we knew the service we recieved in there was less...

I walked into the Senatobia, MS location and was immediately greeted by 2 employees. One of those employees was David. He is the manager at that location and he was who helped me with a billing issue that’s been a constant every month. He took care of it permanently for me. There are not enough words to describe how great my experience was working with David and the amount of stress he has now relieved me off. TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEES IN SENATOBIA, MS.
