McDonald's — Restaurant in Senoia

• 9/29/24 Updated Review- After standing in line for over 30 minutes to order breakfast we were told they were all sold out and had to order lunch. The manager was more focused on yelling at her workers about giving a child a cup of water versus making them pay for a bottle of water. I asked for the #7 Which is the 2 cheeseburger meal , but with 2 hamburgers. This girl said she had to charge me individually for each item because they can’t alter the order. Ma’am I worked for this company for almost 10 years when I was a teenager, you can take off any item on a sandwich that you don’t want on it! I said to forget it just ring up my sons order and I walked out! This location again is still a crappy location and the staff and manager are getting worse for every new hire they have.

Updated from previous review *This location is still by far the worst ever. They are also about $5-$10 dollars more than any other McDonald's location. Once the Chickfila is open they will need to drastically improve their customer service amd pricing or they will end up closing.

Original Review- After a long day of traveling we needed dinner for our family. We chose here because it was close to home and quick. We pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for over 10 minutes to no response, they were open as other cars were at the pickup windows and the secondary lane had cars waiting. Since we got no answer we drove around and got into the longer lane. 3 cars pulled into the lane we had just left and all of a sudden they are ordering and the lane we were in was not moving. Thinking we could go in and order faster we again left the line....and no the inside was locked. Back to the line. After another 20 minutes we were finally able to get to the order box..ordered a kids meal (didn't ask boy or girl ) 2 Qtr Cheese because they were buy 1 get 1 for $1, only to be told they only had 1 Qtr Cheese and would not make another..this store is 24 hrs but ok whatever. So we change it to a meal and order an extra fry. The cashier at the window was rude. The employee handing the food at the next window was rude. This location is by...

The “manager” while Holding my order, blessed me out for “cussing out”his” employees. I Told them I didn’t want to pull up and park so they could bring my order! At this time there were no customers behind me. The last time I did that I waited 25 minutes for my order And finally went into the restaurant to get my order! Now I admit I was getting hot because of the manager’s attitude, I had told them before that just give me my money back, as it wasn’t worth the hassle! I hope you have a film of the incident if you do you will not hear me say any cuss words! The manager almost threw my order at me and at the last minute he held on to it as he flung the order into my truck holding on to it! The manager held up the process for at least 15 minutes, also he blamed me for a special order, no onions. Now I was really getting hot! Guess what? When I got home there were onions on my order! This restaurant has screwed up my order the last time, as there will be no other times! The receipt was not readable! The service level at the location several years ago was decent, but the last several times it has been bad, even if I had been ill toward them there was no way I should have been treated this way! By the way I am a 83 year old man who has seen a lot of bad interactions with customers, but this was the worst I have ever seen! But I kept telling the manager just give me my money back, but all he wanted to do was chew me out! In my younger years I would have really been ugly! I think he was just showing out to the employees, bad example! Now at the least this Manager should be retrained, or terminated, INEXCUSABLE! I don’t ever complain or put a review out on a place because I understand things happen but this is the last time we will ever give this McDonald’s a chance or our money! We live right down the road and wanted to give our daughter a special surprise with a kids meal and we couldn’t even complete our order because the manager... let me repeat the MANAGER!!! Had an attitude that came out of nowhere. Both lanes were open so we went to one of them and when we noticed the cars on the other line just kept ordering we said hello to make sure the one we were at was open and she yelled back just a minute. That’s fine we waited then cars kept going through so we said hello again and she replied “have a nice day” confused as to why we still didn’t have our order taken we went in and the manager was the most unprofessional “child” is the only way I can explain it I have ever dealt with in that position. This is the last time we will go to this McDonald’s no matter how convenient it is. This place will continue to fail with bad attitudes and all around horrible food! You would think the menu tasted the same but I guess it really does depend on who is working their. All the other times before with bad attitudes were over looked but this was the last straw and mostly because my 7 year old daughter had to witness this bad behavior!
