Alicia's Taco Dome — Restaurant in Sergeant Bluff

They were catering at a local bar & when I called to order 15 tacos the lady laughed and said she won't make them unless we come in. My husband went and ordered come to find out she didn't have enough taco meet (hamburger) to make 15 tacos! She told him that she'll be short the rest of the night. I don't understand whether we ordered 15 tacos or a few people come in and order how she can't accommodate to that. Not only that but she tried to make it seem like it's our fault she can't accommodate to other people now because we ordered so many. Sounds like a personal problem maybe next time come more prepared. She asked us to call in advance next time we make "such a big order" when he said my wife did call in advance she told him we need to call a few days...

I ordered food for carry out, I seen the cook putting all items in the Styrofoam "To Go" containers and than microwaving them. They than came out of the microwave morphed due to being microwaved for too long. The food that wasn't fried turned out fine, but my hard shell taco was inedible by the time I got I got back to work (which was only maybe 3 minutes). We make it to Alicia's Taco Dome probably twice a week! It is amazing, authentic Mexican food at its best! You'll never go wrong with the burrito and chili gravy. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes a point to get to know you. The only disappointing part is that they're only open for lunches Monday through Friday.
