Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Seymour

They have a huge sign out front that their dining room is open currently. So we decide to go, and stood up front for 10 minutes before anyone even came out of the back and they were filling to go orders. She walked by us twice ignoring us before I had to ask if anyone was here that could seat us. She looked around lost like she was looking for someone then finally came back and seated us. Sat for another ten minutes while the only apparent waitress waited on a table of guys in the bar. Finally the lady that seated us got our drink order. A while later the bar waitress came and got our food order. I asked her to come back in 5 minutes because my youngest couldn't decide what they wanted. She said no problem. 15 minutes later I had to track her down in the bar area to get that order placed. Then our food comes out without the added order so I've got an upset kid now. Food was good and our order was correct. Had to get us AGAIN to get refills. Waited another 10 minutes after she dropped off the check for her to come back by to run my payment. Now mind you there were only 2 other tables in the dining area and one in the bar. So I blame management completely for this disorganized chaos that was my dining experience as there was only one waitress ever seen and it was during lunch time (11:30). There still was no employee out front when we left to seat anyone or help people. So management, it was your fault that your waitress got a poor tip and I won't be returning ANYTIME soon. If this place had an option for no star I would of definitely not put a one! We had a large party , spent alot of money on food. Very dissapointing we ordered as soon as we walked in the door, waited and hour and 30 min for our food, had to fill our own drinks, food was wrong and cold. We were charged for items that we were not that we're up charges. The bartender and one waitress was yelling and arguing with people in our party. When we told them we would not be back because of terrible service, overcharges and rude employees, we were told by the bartender " I pray to GOD u never come come back either! I'm sorry I would never tell the consumer paying my tip and salary that. I spoke with the owner, he was more concerned with what I wanted then the way his employees treated us. Needless to say NEVER again. I love BF wild wings but THIS LOCATION IS majorly lacking staff and manager skills for customer service. Absolutely upset with our visit. I am a regular, or was, and I ordered online to pick up. When me and my boyfriend got there the cashier, TRACY, was too busy counting her tip money at the counter than to say one word to us for over 5 minutes and no I’m not being dramatic I looked at the time on my phone. She didn’t greet us, say she will be with us in a sec, just went on about herself. I had to asked if she can help me bc I was getting so upset that she was ignoring us after standing there for 5 minutes watching her count the money from her wallet she had laid out on the counter, and she sarcastically said, I was getting to you. She gave me my receipt and went back to counting her tip money for another few minutes without giving us our food. The phone kept ringing and she ignored it and still didn’t give us our food.
