August 31st 2025.. 26 min wait July 20th 2025.still slow AF Update 11/3/24... It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker in the drive-thru to tell them I had a mobile order to pick up. I should have known better than to give them another try
You, the owner, know as well as I do, that referring me to the general Starbucks website for customer service is only going to result in their directing me back to you. Advising me to go to the link you provided only offsets responsibility on your side but does nothing to fix the extreme issues the Seymour location has. I have been coming to Starbucks for over 20 years and I can single-handedly state your location is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. So the four beverages that I purchased on Saturday June 22nd, three of which we tossed, is just another waste of both money and time that I have given to your location. Rather than have me speak to the general Starbucks staff who oversee their website and customer inquiries, why don't you take responsibility and do something to make this right for both myself and everyone else that has had to suffer the awfulness of your location?
Update 6/22/24 Left home 20 minutes early to stop here to pick up a mobile order I placed as soon as I left. Swore I'd never come back annndddd I've been in the drive thru 15 minutes to pick them up and there's still 2 cars in front of me. FRANCHISE OWNER PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Update 3/24/24 I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-thru. The drive-thru line was backed up almost into the gas station across the street. So since I wasn't in a hurry I figured I would just go inside to pick up my mobile order. I had already been notified that it was done. I figured simple in out and hit the road. The way the cashier greeted me, or I suppose lack of greeting, should have been a sign. They were not busy inside nor was the parking lot full of parked cars. When I explain to her that I had an order to pick up and that I had my personal cup ready to go for it to be poured into, she turned her head and looked at my coffee, which was ready and just sitting there. Rather than just pour it, she went and got somebody else who acted as though I had asked her to move a mountain. When she finally decided to get my beverage. I made sure to thank her and to tell her to have a good evening and she barely grunted in response. I'm just going to drive the additional time to Columbus each time I pass through here and avoid this place altogether. No matter how good they may make a coffee, when their reception is utter garbage and they act as though they hate you and life, it's not worth the hassle. You should do better Starbucks
Update 11/24/23... Huge difference this time when I stopped in. I placed a mobile order for one beverage and one food item. The drive-thru line was backed up and I had to park across the driveway in the gas station parking lot. I was concerned that it was going to be another nightmare. However, I was so thoroughly surprised that they were running efficiently, friendly, and the atmosphere was calm despite Black Friday traffic. My drink order was just a couple minutes behind. They were clear and concise calling out names for orders to ensure that people were flowing through quickly and were engaging with each customer they spoke to. This was a far better experience.
I went in the store to place an order for one venti mocha. During the 15 minutes I stood there and waited, There were only two people that came in after me, the drive-thru was never backed up, and the mobile pickup orders not even a quarter full. They steamed my milk and left it sitting, Did not speak to each other or anyone else for that matter, and still managed to not get my order right. Unfortunately the length of time it took them to make one drink put me behind so I just had to leave with a beverage that I knew I would not finish because it was both lukewarm and made incorrectly. Read moreI came on a Saturday morning. The inside looked about like every other Starbucks as far as customers were concerned. I wait in a line six deep to order a cup of coffee. I order my non-specialty plain small coffee. Swipe my card and am told that it will be 30 minutes.... for a cup of coffee.
I asked the order taker if she could get it sooner because it was just a cup of coffee and I had to be at work shortly after.
Some other employee overheard on the coffee line and shouted "NO" at me without any sort of explanation. Just stating that I have to wait my turn... like I am some sort of entitled jerk for expecting this particular Starbucks to follow the same rhythm of every single Starbucks (including Starbucks Reserve) that I have visited across the country. Due to the above encounter... I promptly asked for a refund. I did not have time to wait 30 minutes.
Please note that the coffee dispenser was 3 feet behind them and every other Starbucks in the history of Starbucks will get a simple cup of coffee out to a customer quickly. I have never in my life waited 30min for a cup of coffee and I am not going to begin after being told that AFTER payment and then having some rude person shout at me because they are unhappy for being what they consider to be "busy."
At this particular Starbucks, apparently being busy means you get to dismiss customer service, use escalatory comments, statements and tones and take out anger on the very customers they are meant to serve.
I reported this to customer service and they said they would have upper management look into the issue. I have not heard anything back

Read moreThis is the worst experience and service ever! ordered my drink through the app and decided to go inside for my drink since drive thru was pretty busy i waited for about 7 min and than talked to a worker and mentioned i ordered online but since drive thru was busy i stepped inside girl at the cashier was just standing their doing nothing besides checking her phone, she went and checked the tablet to see about my ONE refresher drink and said it was 45 min wait when it made no in the app it showed it would be ready by 4:37pm at the time it was 4:30pm than asked if i can just get a refund or make my drink but mentioned she couldnt i forgot to mention this was a birthday drink i redeemed and it was kinda upsetting that it was now going to go to waste i do wanna say they gifted me a $4 gift card it took them longer to process that instead of just making the drink i understand drive thru was busy but if it’s saying the drink will be ready at a specific time as well doesn’t make sense that i should wait 45 minutes with that being said i will be calling corporate and the girl in the cashier that was just on her phone the whole time i was standing their your manager should have a conversation with you being on the phone wile another customer had a question if you don’t believe me check the cameras...
