El Nopal Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Seymour

We ordered our food thinking the total would be around 15. Turned out to be 19.52!! the manager came over wandering what was wrong, we told him very nicely that his employees told us different prices for the items and did not make it clear we was looking at the wrong page. He said the lady doesn't speak english so thats not their fault. WHY ARE YOU HAVING HER TALK TO PEOPLE THEN. & the guy who took our order failed to make it clear we was looking at the lunch menu instead of dinner so the price would be different, the manager then again said its not their fault for the mess up?! He told us we was TAKING ADVANTAGE of them. He was very rude , the customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Not one employee had a smile on their face. Didn't even make eye contact. We just moved to this area and we love Mexican food but this place has ABSOLUTELY LOST OUR BUSINESS. The manager made us pay full price for our meal and even told us to leave and get out with a very ugly smirk on his face....

I ordered a 52$ meal carry out. I wanted cheese on all 8 burritos and the young lady charged it up that way and made sure that's what I wanted. I picked it up and they had made them all wrong with red sauce. I went back to have it corrected and the young girl showed me where she wrote it up correct and it was their mistake in kitchen. No big deal we all make mistakes. A short heavy set man came up and charged me for the cheese a second time. 8 more dollars. He acted to not understand when I tried to tell him I already paid for it and the cheese. I said forget it I'll pay for it again so I can leave this place. 8$ would have been what I would pay for a tip to stay there anyhow, if I did dine in. I get home starving and that covered my food in and out with RAW uncooked onions and put my 11$ bowl of cheese in inside down spilled everywhere. I come to this location a lot. I love the food. I dont recceomend this location at all!horrible staff, & service! We had to wait 15+ minutes to be seated, and there were plenty of open tables, the sign said wait to be seated but the host took forever to come back up front. Meanwhile other staff ignored us and just walked by instead of trying to seat us. Then the waiter took a long time to get our drink order & food order, but the food was served fast. Although when requesting a small child size order the wait staff entered it wrong. When the check came they over charged us by $30 or more & when i told manager about me ordering a small kids meal with an adult upcharge he proceeded to raise his voice, and argue with me about what order i was given versus what order i placed! Very embarrassing and unprofessional. I left feeling so insulted i cried in my car! I will never go to this...
