Me and my wife went through the drive through on December 7th at around 6:30pm and ended up being extremely disappointed. The lady in the drive through was kinda rude from the beginning; we got a chicken combo meal, honey BBQ wings, fries, extra sauces and a drink a total of $43.00. We sat there for over 30 mins which is kinda irritating considering we were the only customers there from start to finish. When we finally got our food it was all in one big bag which would be fine but unfortunately we were missing our drink, extra sauces, and a receipt (also absolutely no napkins). On top of the mistakes, our fries were literally cold; which again is disappointing after waiting over 30 mins. Took the items inside and requested our drink, sauces and non-cold fries. The man blamed the issues on the teenagers working and then proceeded to open the bag to dump more fries on top the original and give us our drink (still no extra sauces, ugh). After waiting so long and fixing the mistakes, we were excited to munch on our fries on the ride home….Imagine our disappointment of finding out the “new fries” were STILL COLD. Trying to turn a bad meal into a good one we decided to eat our meals at home and give them the benefit of the doubt…. That was until we started eating and the combo chicken tasted dry, old, and overcooked. My wife’s HONEY BBQ wings ended up being a bad game of Russian Roulette of random SPICY wings mixed in… In conclusion after being the only customers there the entire time, waiting nearly 40 mins, and spending almost $50 we got nothing but bad attitude, mistakes, and bad food. Read moreOkay, here goes. This place has issues, not good for business. Decided to check this place out. My wife and I. We went through the drive-thru and guess what, the menu board was not operating, it was dead. So decided to go in to get our food. Ordered classic chicken sandwiches and Cajun fries. I was told they were out of Mayo and other things. Okay, when I get my food, I take it to the car, and my wife checks it and it's cold. Been sitting for a while I guess. She says take it back in and get the refund. So gotta do what she says, she's my boss-wife. When I asked for a refund, they asked why. Told them cold food. They say they just made it. No, they did not, I saw them get the fries and they had been sitting. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES ALOT BETTER, We went to Kentucky Fried Chicken, it was a damn good sandwich. Hot too. Great service. Thank you for getting back to me so fast. There's no way I will come back to this place. I do not see you doing anything to improve this mess. I have a hard time understanding how this company lets this happen. Isn't it bad for business? Read moreOrdered through the app. Sidenote, this is pointless. Drove to pick up--no dedicated place to pick up. Tried to go in. One side the door was broken. Other side, both doors were locked with no sign. Went through drive thru, where I waited 10 minutes. I was the only guest. Informed by staff they were "short staffed". I asked what the purpose of online ordering was, to which cashier stated "I'm not sure, because we don't even get the order until you arrive here and tell us". Sooooooo, they don't receive the order until....I go through the drive thru and order? So it seems the mobile app really only benefits THEM by instantly taking my money and holding me hostage indefinitely for the food I ordered 30 minutes ago. For fast food. If i wante to wait that long, i wouldve ate at a sit down restaurant. The prices are no different. The ONLY benefit of fast food is it's...fast. Supposedly.
