Stopped here on a Saturday and it was really busy. They only had one register open, and were trying to get people to use the kiosks to order. I'm really not going to use one, ever. I'd eat somewhere else honestly, but it's Seymour and not much else is there. The bathrooms were clean, the food was as ordered. It was hot, served quickly and tasted fine. There was no sweet tea, waited on that for some time. There are no salt or pepper shakers anywhere, and they don't even have the little packets so had to go up front to ask. The whole place is brown gray and ugly, not even any color anywhere. There is just nothing appealing here, nothing for kids. Most of the seating is just out in the open, unpadded chairs and tables that are too small. A few of those worthless tables on a tower. Who uses those? not kids, not older people. The only thing those are good for is teenagers. I was entirely turned off by the menu, as with other McD's, it is lit up like a glowing light bulb and moves/flashes constantly changing so you can't find anything you want. Too much nonsense and half the items were missing. I just hate going to McD's anymore. Used to love it as a kid, but now...
Read moreMcDonald's is McDonald's right? I mean I have a really hard time giving any McDonald's five stars, they would really have to amaze me. You can tell when a crew knows what they're doing though and sometimes you're surprised. I hate it when the person in the Drive-Thru kind of has an attitude with you or talk to you like they're superior or something and that's why this is my first ever 3 star review. I would have given them four because the food was prepared properly at least. But man did that lady ever put off unmistakably sanctimonious, snobby and condescending vibes. I go out of my way to be really nice to strangers and it just rubbed me the wrong way completely, which is why it's in my Google review. Sorry I didn't put up another highly descriptive five star review to praise whoever created the awesome experience I just had, but take my word: stay away from McDonald's in Seymour early in the morning or you'll drive out of there feeling like you just got judged by pretentious old lady. everybody else gets five stars! Thank you guys for reading my whole review if you made it this far, I give you five stars and they're gold...
Read moreI had to make a review after my experience at 8 am this morning. I was on the way to work when I realized I needed a large coffee and a few hashbrowns. I placed a mobile order and waited curbside. The man who brought out my order hands me the bag and a warm coffee. To my surprise, because I thought I had ordered the Iced coffee on the app. I had a surprised look on my face i’m sure, and Damian, the worker asked what was wrong. I told him that it was my fault and I thought I had ordered and iced coffee. “He said well, would you like me to fix it?” I said “No, it’s okay. it’s my fault.” and he asked again if i wanted it fixed and I gave in and said “yes please, i won’t drink this so it will just go to waste..” although they were busy, a few minutes later Damian walks out with the drink i thought i ordered to begin with, with a smile on his face. I apologized and told him how thankful I was he made this right. He assured me it was no problem and that mistakes happen. Damian, thank you again for wonderful service and caring deeply for customers....
