Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Seymour

i ordered a pizza a brownie and an order of wings at 6 pm. after i waited a half hour for my order to be delivered the driver delivers the wrong order without saying anything. I'm pretty upset. so i call in there and tell them what happened and i hear an employee say he got the order mixed up. okay if he knew my order was mixed up why didnt he say something or better yet why didnt he read the freaking label. obviously he cant read. now here i am an hour later waiting ANOTHER 20 freaking minutes for the right order and they didnt give me a refund like the kid over the phone basically said when he said "the order is free tonight". umm no thats not how you do business. this whole situation is completely wrong if it was free the money would go back on my card. so needless to say after tonight youve lost 2 customers that order from here ATLEAST 1 time a week. obviously you need to make sure your drivers know how to read. oh and its been 20 min and still no pizza...

I wish I could give 0 stars. So disappointed in the Seymour store. Ever since the old GM left, their new "management" is just plain awful! There's no organization, they don't post schedules until the first day of the work week and expect employees to somehow just know when to come in. And the worst of all, they play favorites with the crew members, making up reasons to write up people they don't like, while others get away with whatever they want. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention it's super petty, childish behavior. And again, this is all coming from the new management... Truly disgusting. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your money, since their customers are clearly not a priority and they treat their most hardworking employees like garbage! I hope they see this, and feel deeply ashamed. This is what their store has come to. It's sad. I'd be embarrassed if I acted that way, and people found...

So, my boyfriend and I ordered delivery last night at the Seymour, Papa John's so we planned on tipping right? Well, my boyfriend grabbed my money by accident which I have bundled up from earlier, (my fault.) He handed the pizza guy the tip thinking it was 5$. But, it wasn't. It was 30$!!! This review is basically to say the employee(s) at this particular Papa John's must not have very good character, because this guy walked away with 30$ and didn't even question it. Personally I would have turned around and asked the customers if they were aware and sure they wanted me to take the money. This guy just got in his car and drove away as fast as he could. Not knowing our side of the situation at all. I am very unhappy and most likely wont be tipping or getting delivery ever again from this particular Papa John's....
