I had ordered a french cruler donut, chocolate croissant, matcha late, and biscut egg bites as mobile order. When i came up to the drive through, they said they didnt have the French cruler so i opted for a glazed donut as replacement. Get my food and go to park to eat. I notice the donut isnt in there. Ok, no problem, i go into the store to get it. Go back to my car and take a bite of my biscut bite to notice i was given a bagle mini instead. Ok, fine. Im a little annoyed because i have to go back and get that as well. Finally sit back in my car to eat. And the lid is barely on the cup, and spills all over my passenger seat. I run back to the store, worked up and pretty upset since its a relatively new car. After waiting for a few min, i ask for a bunch of napkins and explain that the lid wasnt on and its currently all over my car. The girl walks away. Slowly. And comes back with like 7 napkins. I ask if when i come back can i just get a refund since this is the third time ive had to come back to the store for an issue. She says shed talk to the manager. I run outside to my car to find my car seat had almost completely soaked up the drink. Its like 90% dairy. That's going to get gross. Fast. Im furious now because thats expensive to fix now. I wipe down what i can and go back to talk to the manager. I explained that i had come back 3 times because my order kept being messed up. I told him, first time my donut was wrong. Second time my biscut bites were wrong. And now my drink is all over my car because the lid waswrong. He just stares at my phone (the recpiet on the moble app) and goes "ok..... so WHAT was wrong with ur order?" ..... so i explained again. Yes, i will fully admit i had a tone and wasnt exactly the happiest sounding person. I was furious about my car. Still am. The miss orders i can understand. They seemed busy for the few staff they had. But nobody had any sense of urgency to get me napkins so i could clean up the mess, and the manager literally seemed baffled at how to handle a refund or deal with an upset customer. Ive come here a lot the past few years. Ive had a fair share of mistakes on my order. It happens. I usually am extremely patient and laugh the mistake off if i go to get it fixed. I am a chef. I understand orders get messed up. But it was the lack of empathy or giving any care that my car is now soaked in milk, and the manager NOT ONCE even apologized. Barely said a word to me at any point other than to ask what was wrong with my order, when i had just said, and to ask for the recipet back (guessing he needs it for book keeping). Im fine with a few dollar mistakes here and there. But my car messed up is more than a few dollars to fix, and they didnt care at all. Thats what...
Read moreAfter waiting in line for almost an hour to pick up my mobile order, nothing was correct. I ordered a pumpkin donut, English muffin breakfast sandwich with extra egg and cold brew with light ice. Literally everything was wrong. No donut, no extra egg and drink packed with ice. Even in a mobile order where everything is printed out in front of them.
They changed the store to drive through only, so after I discovered that they forgot to give me the donut and extra egg on the sandwich I paid for, I tried to go into the store, but the doors were locked. I tried to call the store standing outside, no answer. The line was just as long, if not longer, than before and I did not have another hour to waste for them to fix their mistake.
Left a negative response on their survey on the mobile app and the manager/ owner called me. I explained what happened and she gave me the excuse of short staffing and them being retrained. Said she was going to send me a voucher for a sandwich and donut to make it right and was putting it in the mail that day.
As I'm sure you're not shocked that I haven't received that voucher from 2 weeks ago in the mail. Workers reflect management. 🤷🏻♀️
The $12 sips of cold brew and incorrect sandwich was not worth this dumpster fire of a store. I'll stick to small business and more...
Read morePretty bad experience at Dunkin Donuts this morning. Started off being told they "weren't making lattes". Went to get a Coke, no Coke. Only choice was Sprite. Ordered a couple Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches. While waiting a customer spilt a large drink, no one went to help her and her children, even though at this point multiple employees were inactive. Customer in front of me returned their food to be re-made. At this point someone came out to tell the employees not to take anymore orders for croissants or bagels. I was next to get food and waited while drive through orders were completed. . . People that came in after my wife and I got their food. I checked in to see if I was next and got "No one ever made your food?" Then "Sorry but we can no longer make these sandwiches." Just to be clear, when it was our turn there were still Croissants, I watched several go out. Basically, they were disorganized and not prepared to help the customers that came in while we were there. Both McDonalds and Burger King are within walking distance and would be FAR BETTER OPTIONS...
