We’re a fan of this location, but lately they’ve been having an attitude for no reason! Was given false information about indoor dining room that they were open we arrived there after driving and lady at the register said no they’re open for takeout and delivery only. Not what we was told! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery and received a call back that the driver can’t come due to a music festival there’s other ways around our area besides the main road. The lady on the phone I heard in the background says “literally” with an attitude and says the driver has other deliveries too okay so we’re customers too what does that have to do with anything? I order takeout a lot. I very very rarely write reviews but this warranted response.

Takeout - Got a buffalo chicken salad that came with sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I did not request the sauteed veggies. Is that standard? I have ordered this salad at least a dozen times from the Ross location and it never comes with this.

The salad was so wet that it was like soup and I had to hold the container over my sink to drain it. Literally.

It was legit awful lol.

The lettuce was soggy. From the unneeded veggies or overuse of buffalo sauce? I dont know. It was basically Inedible. Even if I had asked for the veggies or extra buffalo sauce (which I did not), it would still be a soupy mess.

Dull flavor profile. Ordered delivery and tthe employee who answered the phone had a rude tone and seemed like she did not want to be working there. I was told delivery would take an hour, we ended up waiting 75 minutes for a large cheese, large pepperoni pizza and a side of zucchin. The pizza tastes bla.
