**Two updates: 1st update. They now have 20oz Dr Pepper in the cooler, and you're still not allowed to order it for dining in. During this visit, they also screwed up our order. Same server as last time. 2nd update. I called about how far they deliver, as I live about 20 minutes away. I had wanted to meet, and they don't do that. I said I'll call Papa John's and hung up. The problem with a majority of these places is that they are forgetting the very first two rules of any customer service industry position: #1) The customer is always right #2) The customer comes first We had been here the weekend prior to this visit and had a wonderful experience. However, THIS particular weekend, we had a server and a manager treat us as though we were completely unreasonable simply because one member of our group of four wanted to buy a two-liter of Dr Pepper instead of a fountain soda. Why? Because they had absolutely no other drinks that we acceptable. Sorry, but quite simply, I hate Pepsi products; can't stand them. Many places, if they choose Pepsi for their fountains, have Dr Pepper as an option on it; this place does not. However, they do have cold two-liters of it. We were told that, because it was (supposedly) cheaper to get the two-liter, that it wasn't allowed. Now somebody please explain to me how a two-liter for one person costs less than a glass of soda with free refills..? Please? I'll wait.. All three other members of the party bought a fountain drink. Meanwhile, the server and manager made a huge production and scene of this whole affair. The weekend prior, they couldn't get our pizza sauce to thaw so they asked us if we were okay with them substituting a comparable sauce to which we agreed; it actually wound up being better that way. Also, not one word was said about the two-liter chosen. An all-around courteous and wonderful experience. If I knew employee schedules, I'd visit regularly still. However, since our last horrible experience, we have not been back at all. Long story short, it's hit or miss this location to say what type of experience you'll have. Could be fantastic; could be ridiculously horrible and a disgrace to customer...

UPDATE: Today, me and my husband were running around trying to get some last minute school shopping in because my son has to work next weekend. We were running short on time so we figured we would order from the app then just go to the store and eat in the store. Well when we got there, we were told we were not allowed to do that because they are a full dine in Pizza Hut. The dining room was practically empty, there were plenty of empty seats that we could have used. We even said we would buy drinks from the restaurant. One of the workers said he would check in with his manager and went to the back. When he came back, he again said sorry we cannot allow that because we provide full service here. This was unfortunate, as this is one of the last "real" pizza huts in our area and I gave them a high rating from previous experience at this location but this has changed my mind. They at least offers some plates and napkins as we were leaving, but we took the pizza elsewhere and bought beverage from that location and sat at a picnic table outside. Thanks for the great...
Read moreI called to place an order and got what sounded like a call center in India because the person didn’t know what was offered at this Pizza Hut and had trouble understanding my simple order. When I got there they did not have any record of my order. They didn’t even apologize, just said that’s why they hate the call center because they often don’t put in the orders. They didn’t offer to rush my small order. They didn’t seem to care at all. I walked out empty handed and went across the street to Arbys. Also, the woman making the pizza dropped what seemed to be some plates and trays on the floor and another employee picked them up after a minute and placed them back on the pizza making counter. I have no idea if they used them again, but the floor was covered in walked-on smushed cheese and they put it back 2 feet away on the same counter where the pizza was being made. I guess I should be glad my order was messed up. Also the Pizza Hut sign outside was not lit and most shades were down so it didn’t even look open. I almost drove past it. It says “under new management” on a big sign outside. That might not be...
