Pay attention to what you’re being charged because the prices on the menu is not what you’ll be paying. The lunch is suppose to be $6.99 for the chicken side and the beef $7.49 and nope they charged me $8.79 for both. Then I asked for a receipt and they didn’t want to give it to me at first, then they showed me a sign that says meat prices are going up so they’re going to charge more (you’ll find out what price they charged you when you pay). I placed an online order with special instructions on Christmas day (which is often the busiest time for Chinese restaurants). I ordered 3 entrees & 2 sides, my order was ready within 15 mins, & all of my special instructions were followed perfectly. Their crab rangoons are the best I've ever tasted, & that's saying a lot because I've tried a lot of different restaurants' crab rangoons, & I'm picky. I'll definitely order from them again. The only reason I gave 3 stars on atmosphere is because the "atmosphere" rating doesn't really apply to them ... they're a small restaurant with a small eat-in area. I won't order from this place again. I won't recommend this place to anyone. The 10% discount code that's supposed to be valid from 11/22 to December 1 did not work. I spent $45 on beef and broccoli and shrimp fried rice with $4 extra shrimp. It lacked flavor seasoning and vegetables. I'm mad I spent that much money on this, especially in today's economy. I could've gone to Tao Tao (KCK), Panda Express (literally anywhere), even China Feast (KCK, KCMO) and got better quality than I did with this place and pay the same if not near the same amount.
