I am so disappointed with LCP tonight. I called in my order. I asked the gentlemen how much a large veggie pizza was. He either had marbles in his mouth or was asleep. He said you want a veggie pizza? No, I want to know how much it is. He left me hanging on the phone. He comes back and asks if I'm still there. Yes. He left again. Comes back and says $6 and whatever change. I ask him how much if I add extra veggies. He leaves, I can hear everything going on in the store. He comes back and says $19 and whatever cents. I said uh no that's too much, I'll just order a large veggie pizza. He mumbles something, I said my name is Laura. He mumbles something else I think he said 15 minutes and then he hung up! I wait about 7 or 8 minutes, leave my house to go sit in line. I get up there tell them about my order. The guy working the window is looking for it. It was never turned in. It will be about 20 minutes. I had Arby's tonight. Next time I'll order pizza somewhere else. I have had it with this place. Only 1 in 4 or 5 employees there gives a flip about what they do. The others act like they just started 10 minutes ago. It's ridiculous! Their location is inconvenient. The workers don't have a clue. And their product isn't consistent. One time the crust is perfect, next time it's not brown enough or it's too dark. The savings isn't...
Read moreThis one is horrible. They have an order menu, but will tell me they will be right with me. What I've noticed is they can't seem to multitask, or maybe they don't have the capacity in the building to handle more than one order at a time, but they deal with the person at the window first, then get to me. Once I'm at the window, I hear them tell the people behind me to hold on. This happens literally every time I go here. The pizza is rarely ever either hot or fresh tasting. They will say they are out of pizza on so many occasions. This will be at about 6pm, too. You are a pizza place! How are you out? I never see anyone but teenagers working here. They don't seem to care about their jobs at all. I can't even begin to say how many times I've gotten my pizza home and have had to recut it myself because they didn't cut it through all the way. Parking is horrible. No space to drive around. The drive- thru is down a gravel road back alley which you need to squeeze by the employee cars and a dumpster. The Hot n Ready pizza used to be $5 with tax. Later, it was $6.01 and then $6.03. Not even 2 weeks after that last price, it was 6.57. Any higher and people will just start spending the extra and get a pizza elsewhere. It's cheap and somewhat edible. No longer cheap, and I won't bother with the...
Read moreI would rate it a -5 stars if I could. This has to be the worst Little Caesars on the planet. They are in dire need of some new management. I've been there on a Tuesday around 12:30, a Friday about 4:00, a Saturday at 9:00, & each time they told me they Just sold the last cheese bread to the person in front of me. There wasn't ever a pepperoni pizza & twice the only pizza they had "Hot & Ready" conveniently was the Specialty pizza that's like $8.00. We we're told once if we ordered a pizza it would be at least a 1½ hour wait. So the next time we called before we left our house to place an order, it's about a 35min drive. When we get there I was told they ran out of dough (It was like 4 in the afternoon) The last time we stopped & the only thing available was crazy bread. So I went to do my shopping & called when I was leaving the store to place my order, When I got there I was told that nobody wrote my order down so it didn't get made. I told them about all of the issues I'd had with them, & as I was walking out the door the cashier was saying,"Well don't call in on us" Never once was I even...
