9/10 time I have come to this location the workers are rude, with the exception of a few. The counters are usually messy, along with the seats. The food is mediocre 1/5 of the time missing an item. Some of my past experiences at this location were disgusting and immature, such as one of McDonaldās workers was on break with her shoes and socks off, or 2 workers being on break sleeping. Those experiences were all bad but my experience today was the last straw. I did a mobile order, and when I pressed the order button I was kicked out of the app. I didnāt think anything of it because I got a receipt and order confirmation through email. So I logged back in to the app and it took my points away from me that I used for a happy meal, and charged me on my bank account for my $5 meal. I asked one of the employees if they would honor it because obviously i ordered it, but she said no and on their side they didnāt have record that I ordered. Another lady got kicked out of the app the same way as me but all she ordered a large fry and the same employee honored it. Then since our order didnāt go threw she decided she would help us do another order. When she started taking our order she started to laugh and ignore us with a coworker in what seemed to be a different language. When she got done taking are order she said I would be refunded in a few days, but said she didnāt know if the points I used would come back, and she said if the money didnāt get refunded i could come back to the store, I do not live near that McDonaldās so I thought that was very inconvenient. I am overall deeply disappointed at this location and will not be returning...

Aside from previous issues (missing food, slow service, etc. ) this last one, though not too bad, was kind of the last straw. We went through the drive thru, we had to pull off to wait as usual with this location, got our food and ended up missing a burger. At this point Iām not longer surprised by that with this location , no big deal. Got out, went in, let them know. The guy briefly looks in the bag and then grabs who I assume to be the manager lady who looks at it, grabs the missing burger off the line, drops it in the bag and then just turns away. No apology, no comment, no acknowledgement. The clerk then walked away and I am standing with my bag like I was the inconvenience. Iām not gonna lie, I was hoping for some free fries or something lol, but to not even get an acknowledgement, let alone an apology for a simple mistake is my last straw with this location. To start, the guy taking order at drive thru was laughing and talking to someone in the background and obviously not paying attention, which is why the order wasn't correct. Last time we went thru drive thru they had me pull into a waiting parking spot for one iced mocha. Apparently they forgot all about me and I had to finally go in to get it. This morning was same ole story. Only this time, as I waited in the parking spot, they finally came out with only the drink but no food. So, again, I had to go in and tell them I never received our food at drive thru. Then I heard them looking for my order and apparently they had given my order to the wrong person in the drive thru. So I had to wait, again. I'm sure the other customer wasn't happy about receiving the wrong order either. Get it together people! Try accomplishing an $8 hr job before...
