I am not one to do a review for a negative reason, but, this experience needs to be shared. First, I ordered online at 5:15PM for carry out. I received notification that my pizza would be ready in 17 min. I had a very busy evening ahead. When I picked up my pizza it looked terrible and the toppings were wrong. I had invited a prospective care assistant for my son and asked specifically what she liked on her pizza. At this point I regretted asking her and ordering the pizza. I called to adv. my order was wrong and the extra cheese I paid for was not on the pizza. I was answered by a frustrated employee who was busy and had already made up her mind I was trying to complain for free food. She mentioned a few times that two or less pieces of the pizza could be missing to exchange for the correct order. I advised I do not have time to drive back to the store as I had picked up my son (who is wheelchair bound) and I could not bring him in. The employee adv. that the General Manager would be bringing the new pizza out to me (again mentioning I had to return the messed up one) I drove back to pick up the pizza with my kids setting me back 15 min. When I got back to the location I had to park in front of another store in the strip mall because the delivery drivers were occupying two of the parking spots right in front of the store (including designated handicapped parking) I called to adv. I was there and waited an additional nineteen minutes for the pizza. By the time I had the pizza in hand and was on my way back home it was 6:45 PM. The manager mentioned she was glad that the employee was able to resolve the problem for me. This was insulting because the problem had cost me my evening, late feeding for my kids, cancellation of my appointment, and it seemed to me that as a result of their mistake I was made to work around what was convenient for the busy pizza place and the standoffish employees. I was offered no refund or compensation for the trouble. The manager was sure to collect the messed up order and walked back into the busy store as I am sure they had many more pizzas to make and deliver. I am disappointed because I order from this place regularly and was treated like an order number and then a crook when I called about the order being wrong. Read moreAs a customer who recently visited Papa John's and used the app to order a limited edition item, I must say that my experience was quite positive. Despite the app's incorrect estimate of the cooking time, the actual wait time at the location was significantly shorter than anticipated. The quick and efficient service was a pleasant surprise and set the tone for the rest of my experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by friendly employees who thanked me for my business. The service I received was fantastic and the order was spot on, with no mistakes or missing items. The pizza itself was delicious and met all of my expectations.
While I did not receive the limited edition sauce that I had hoped for, this was not a major disappointment and did not detract from my overall positive experience. In fact, the exceptional service and quality of the food make me eager to order from this location again in the future.

Read moreI placed an order online through papa John’s app at 4:00pm for delivery at 5:30pm at 5:45pm I called the store asking for information on my order as it had not been delivered. I was then informed that the “door dasher” had already picked up my order and was on the way. Another 15 minutes went by and no delivery so I called back and asked to cancel the order and get a refund as it was 30min late and my guests were leaving soon. After being put on hold I was again informed the “dasher” was on the way but they could refund if they don’t show up. Just after 6:30pm the “Door dasher” arrived with the semi warm order. The only thing the “door dasher” said while on my property is “you need to get your driveway fixed” as she had tripped on a crack in the concrete. I hope the money papa John’s saved using door dash is worth the shitty service they are getting in return and the business it is costing them.
