Absolutely fantastic experience! I was searching for General Tso's Tofu near me but couldn't find any. So on a whim, I decided to ask if they could make some for me as they had both General Tso's chicken and tofu on the menu. AND THEY MADE IT FOR ME! I was so amazed that they would special make something for me and so graciously too. The kind man at the front desk was so nice and cheerful, it really brightened up my day, he even brought it out to my car when it was finished! Could you ask for anything else? Well, to top it all off the spring rolls and fried rice are vegetarian, and mouth-watering to boot. Thank you so much China One, I am now a loyal customer of yours!

Called multiple times to place an order but they did not answer. They did actually answer once and then hung up on me. Decided I would just go place an order in person. When I got there, the woman was obviously frazzled with how busy they were. Working in customer service, I can certainly appreciate that. However, when I got to the counter and attempted to order, the woman yelled at me and told me it would be at least an hour, refused to take my order, and told me I would have to call to place an order. Their food quality is no where near good enough for me to ever go back and deal with such rudeness and ridiculousness. Ok, First time in a long time I ordered take out, went inside and circled by # as you do. Only ordered a couple things. Bill was $38 and I didn't say anything..Gave benefit of the doubt. Stopped tonight, circled same things, $55 Said something and they argued with me. Get home and had tons of extra weird food I didn't order, and was charged for. And the sheet of my order was not in the bag as they usually do..again. $55 FOR FRIED RICE AND DUMPLINGS...THIS is a habit and they're ripping people off and then play the "no speak English" when politely questioned. What the heck is going on, I'm not the only person who this has happened to. We'll never go back. Food isn't good...
