Pit Stop Pizza — Restaurant in Sheboygan Falls

The pizza is great, but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chris (owner) is very rude on the phone. Placed an order at 11am, at the time of opening and still hadn't received the pizza at 12:30pm. I called to inquire and all he could continue to say to me is "you're not the only person ordering pizza". Yes, I understand that, but when you tell me 12:00pm, I would expect it to be here within a short time period from the time you state. He needs a customer service 101 lesson! The delivery driver was Matthew, he was fantastic and apologized, but Chris had nothing to say but to interrupt me when I inquired. Chris offered no apology and continued to cut me off when I spoke. 0 out of 5 stars for customer service, 2 out 5 stars...

Had Pit Stop for the first time last week. I was very unimpressed. The toppings and sauce were tasty but the crust was the worst pizza crust I have ever had in my life. The chewy part was good but the very bottom was like stale chips...hard but not crunchy. It felt and taste like those table water crackers. It made every bite just extremely unpleasant. There was also a ton of flour baked into the bottom of the crust. Their pizza is not cheap and due to their crust, I would have rather had the cheap 5$ chain pizzas.

Also, before they respond with "oh you must have us mixed up with someone else, our crust is excellent", I can assure you via my online banking statement that it was Pit Stop. Never again will I visit...

Ordered from Pit Stop Pizza for the first time this past weekend and when I went to pick up the pizzas, not a single employee was wearing a mask. I was incredibly disappointed and ended up skipping dinner and throwing the pizza away because I cannot afford to catch COVID. I expect better from a business that is making food. When I picked up the pizzas, we told them they should be wearing masks and they just laughed at us. Never going to order from them again with such disrespect for their customer's health and safety.
