Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Sheboygan Falls

Went 30 minutes before close (8pm) and ordered a Oreo blizzard a chocolate hot fudge sundae a chocolate peanut buster parfait and a banana slip with two hot hot fudges and one strawberry.. well first I watch the kid cut the banana with his bare hands and fidget around with it. Also not chocolate ice cream in the parfait and the banana slip was normal not how I requested it! To top it off I NEVER get a receipt at this location so I’ll be checking what they really charge me because I have had issues with this in the past. I did call the store to ask for a manager on duty and he sounded like a teenage boy... when I went there it was all teenagers and a lady that was there. When I asked to talk to his superior and hesitated and then decided oh I’m going to be him. Yea I asked to talk to someone else and that was the lady and I told her what had happened and how we can do better next time... half of the conversation was completely silent on one side of the phone. But she decided to answer with a make your order and you request and I guess give you a recipe. Needless to say we will never be returning to this location due to them NEVER fixing common problems. Stay away from this location...

Heres my laughable order of onion rings after they almost didnt let me turn down fries in my order and pay for a whole meal plus the onion rings because they 'arent allowed to substitute onion rings for fries.' I know it was a whole 1/2 hour to close...but come on!!! I've been to this establishment many times close to close and you definitely pay for it...the kids behind the counter are too eager to get out of work... Real life food industry usually you don't get out of work until an hour after public closing hours because good etiquette is to wait to close down tables and mop the restaurant floor until after close... Take my advise and drive the extra few minutes to go to the Plymouth location. Under it's new management it's much better. Decided to give you a second (more like millionth) shot and you still messed up my order... I'm starting to think you have a personal vandetta against me! This place is the worst. Stop messing with Hangry peoples food!!! Officially done going...

went to Falls for their chicken basket meal. got 3 of them for the family, the fries were still mostly frozen, and then the drinks were all wrong. got Orange Julius smoothy from them which was the WORST i ever tasted in my life, they added way too much of something to it, i didnt even know you could mess those up. also they messed up a simple blizzard. i called to complain for i didnt even realize all this until i got home, they said they were going to send out coupons for the same order and almost a month later never did get them. i will stick to sheboygan for now on even though they don't have chicken the rest of their food is great and their service is EXCELLENT, falls needs to...
