Bourbon Street Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Sheboygan

Sooo...A couple months ago my husband and I stopped in on a Sunday and a Packer Game was on. Bottom line we sat at the bar. We had food, drinks, and fun!

Today, based on the experience we had last time and it being a Packer playoff game we decided we would go to Bourbon Street. The game was at 7:15 pm. We arrived at 5:30 and sat down at the bar. We waited 15 minutes without so much as a Hi, we will be right with you. Both bartenders proceeded to help people around us. Keep in mind there were only about 5 -7 people seated at the bar. My husband had money sitting on the bar. As we are waiting people walk up to the right and left of us. The bartender closest to us proceeds to help them as we are still sitting there with no acknowledgement. After waiting we got up and left. So disappointing especially after the fun we had a couple months prior.

Clearly, they don't care about these reviews because this seems to be a pattern based on...

This was our first time going here. When we first got there, it wasn't busy, and things were going well. The lady took our order, got our appetizers, and then she got busy, and it went from great to WT... Our server disappeared and did not fill up water. When the meal came out, my husband's did because he had the fish. The cook messed mine up and had to redo, so now we are eating separately. Then I finally got mine, and the server forgot to put my corn bread order in. I can't blame the cook on any of this. It was so the server. The sad thing about this all is that our server did not own this. She had another server working with us until the check. Really, that's sad. Maybe she was inexperienced, I'm not sure, but the food is pretty good, and it's because of her that we will not go back. Well, like what people say, people can make a company great or...

My wife and I had been here multiple times and really liked some of their dishes. However the most recent visit made us not wanting to go back anymore. They weren't too busy that day. Rude server lady who seemed to have an attitude to show after we told her that the large group in the back room was way too loud and liberal for us or anyone to sit down and enjoy a meal and we would like to take a seat in the main lobby. She left us unattended and said she will not be with us for at least ten minutes. About five minutes later we decided to leave because she was busy wondering around without actually doing anything and couldn't even bring a glass of water.
