La Conquistadora, LLC — Local services in Sheboygan

Unfortunately I had to change my review. We fell in love with this restaurant years ago because of the authenticity. Then we did not go for about two years because of bad service we thought we would try it again and it was awesome .Saturday night I was hungry for a quesadilla so of course we chose to go to la con quistadora. It was on special for 8$ -great deal but either was premade and not heated long enough or not kept on the grill long enough-it was cold. We also ended up with the same waitress-she was the reason that we stopped going there years ago- she forgot my Horchata until the food came and I asked for it. She is the only waitress that charges an additional five dollars- For extra chips and a small dish of salsa. So somehow when she waitresses 2 quesadillas,a soda, a horchata and chips...

Honestly surprised to see such high reviews here. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews but It’s been 24 hours and I still can’t stop thinking about what a waste of money this was. I checked this place out because someone recommended the buffet. When we got there there was hardly anything on the buffet, and what was there I wouldn’t have touched with a ten foot pole...looked like it’d been sitting out for days. We sat down in the “restaurant” area instead. My boyfriend is a head chef at a local restaurant...he was spitting out the food and telling me not to eat it. Didn’t see the waitress once after our food was served. We felt like we were inconveniencing the waitress and the kitchen by having placed an order. It was hot and stuffy and not very clean. The food is ok what’s not ok is that it has been more then five times the the woman behind the counter ere charging things on your receipt that you didn’t buy, today is the first time I went to get my money back the lady was very rude to me so I asked to speak to the supervisor but the taller lady said he was at the bank most of the time didn’t bother to go get my money but this time I had it, I don’t think they doing it by accident because I tell this to my sister and funny she told me the same thing but with her it was a bigger amount off money she also mentioned to me that this also happened to her nephew, so owner if you see this please check your cashiers because they are doing things that they’re not supposed to and you probably don’t even...
