Awesome management! Javis the manager went above and beyond to help me straighten out a door dash problem. He spent over 2 hours on calls to door dash . The dasher left me a totally wrong order . Javis the store manager would have even delivered a new order to me but i am out of his delivery zone. He even told them that their Dasher came in and admitted that he picked up the wrong order but door Dash would not refund or have them remake my order. They just kept giving us both the runaround. He had me on one phone while he had Door Dash on the other line. I mean he really took a lot of time to do this and really wanted to get it made right and did his best. He went so far over way and beyond that and most store managers would just say there’s nothing I could do for you and hang out but he was really awesome. Door Dash was of no help. Door dash grabbed the wrong order and gave me an order that wasnt mine. The dasher would not answer the phone to me. It even reflected in the picture of my order that it was missing a box, but Javis the store manager did not give up until after 11 o’clock at night when he told them all that he was going to call the next day to door dash HR and see what he could do about getting them reported. I mean they really could care less I plus the food they droped me off I couldn’t have eaten anyway I’m allergic to meat it was like a supreme meat pizza, I am just really so happy to know that there is somebody that takes their job so important that they will go out of their way to help somebody try to straighten a problem out. DoorDash is horrible. I’m canceling my pass. So since he could not get Door Dash to fix anything, he put a credit and notes into his system that anytime I want to come in no matter what I want I can get a whole order remade for the price that Door Dash charge me and it was not his fault at all. He didn’t have to do that so all I could say is I really praise his efforts and I’m looking forward to going in the store and picking up food and dealing with the store all the time now. We decided to order pizza and pick it up on a way home as we were tired and hungry. I placed an order online and by the time we arrived to this location our pizza was ready according to my app. My daughters went inside to pickup our pizza and after 10 minutes of waiting they came back and said our pizza is not ready. I went inside and after employees did some research I was told that they can't find where is our pizza. So they offered to make a new one which will take another 10 minutes and they will give us credit for this pizza linked to our phone number that we can use next time. I agreed to it, but should taken a refund and went home based on what happened on Saturday. After the Saturday show, we ordered a different pizza on our app with an option to pay at the store to use our credit. This pizza cost twice more than our credit, so I was going to pay the difference. When we came to the store, there was another GM than the one we dealed with on Friday night. He told me there is no credit on our account and he is not giving pizzas away. He was very rude and unprofessional. He kept saying that he is the only one GM and he doesn't know anything about. He grabbed our pizza and threw it on the top shelf behind him, like I was going to grab it and run away with it. The sad part there were the same employees who knew what happened on Friday and when I asked them to prove what I said, they said they saw me on Friday but don't know why I came. Read moreI've not been to a worse Marco's pizza. Store #1069 north ridge road has gone down hill severely. I've been a customer for several years at this location, but more recently the orders were wrong or a complete mess.The last two orders were the worst. I complained for both orders and I usually am not a complainer. The last time the mess up was taken care of properly, so I figured I'd try again. The pizza delivered today yet again was a total disappointment. I called to complain, because the pizza was missing half of the items the specialty pizza (I think its called a white cheesy) has on it. It was a mess, not made properly. I was given the excuse they are short staffed. I got an apology, but they weren't going to do anything about their mess ups until I asked. The manager said she would send out a new pizza that once again, didn't have the correct toppings. But at least it resembled a pizza this time. Now my problem is, I wasted money and lost time on a pizza, that my family won't eat. I ordered the pizza I did, because I wanted THAT exact pizza. Unfortunately, good worth ethic isn't their strong suit. Little Caesar's sells better quality pizza than this Marco's location and they're supposed to be know as "cheap" pizza.Doordash delivers for less money aswell.
