Horrible Horrible Horrible. That is the only word that should ever be used to describe this place. We ALWAYS purchase blizzard cakes for occasions and they are always amazing, EXCEPT this time. When giving a call to this location, the manager told me to bring it in and see what she could do. I wasn’t even able to step my foot into the door before she can emphasize with confidence that this cake was made fresh, after repeatedly telling her it tasted old and no one had eaten it. First of all, there wouldn’t be a complaint if the cake tasted like everything OTHER THAN FRESH. I even brought the cake back to the store to show the manager, Christina, that no one touched it. She did not care at all and had her mind made that this cake was fresh, and there was no possibility that it could be imperfect at all. Offering $5 for a $40 cake that was clearly hardly touched because it tasted absolutely horrible is insulting. This location clearly does not care about its customers considering my phone call to the location, a formal visit, a report sent to customer service, and now this review! A horrible establishment with the most unprofessional manager and customer service I have ever witnessed. Do better, it’s clear many people are having the same problems with...
Read moreEDIT AFTER REPLY Thanks, but no thanks. Your generic copy and paste reply solidifies my decision that this establishment won't get another cent from me. Lack of training, lack of cleaning, lack of care. 3 times in a row. Sorry, not sorry.
Third times the charm. The last 3 times I have came here with my family to try and enjoy a night out, one or more items from our order have been forgotten. Having me stand at the counter with not one person asking if I need something or realizing they forgot. I just cant do it anymore. 6 items should not be this difficult to handle. I also watched them make blizzard after blizzard without wiping down or cleaning the mixers. Random chunks of food and visible spray from ice cream all of the side. Not sure what the policy is, but that seems like cross contamination to me. No more DQ from this location, I'd rather drive the extra few miles to a...
Read moreWe used to go to this Dairy Queen all the time, but this time we couldn't bring ourselves to eat there. All the tables were dirty, food and ice cream all over the counters, dirty outside. We didn't realize when we ordered and the employee went to use a blizzard machine for our order that was covered in old ice cream and food chunks, so we told her that we couldn't eat something she made using a machine with old dairy product all over it and we would just like a refund and we'd leave. She didn't seem to care that we were chosing not to eat there and went to get another employee who also didn't know how to refund us. As we were waiting for our refund we started noticing tons of other health code violations. Unfortunately, this reflects very poorly on Dairy Queen. We took our business to a Cafe across the street with wildly better...
