Try to Order a delivery over the phone. The woman I was dealing with was very rude. Had an attitude the entire conversation about the meal I was trying to order. I asked if I could get Sichuan vegetable and an extra spring roll. I am not even a quarter mile away from the store and she was making a huge deal about an extra 1.25 to make the $15 minimum to be able to deliver. I asked if you could just do it and I’ll give the extra to the driver and a $5 tip. Im sure the driver would of been happy to get a $6.25 tip to go .19 miles to my house. She then said there would be an additional $5 delivery charge. After I finally talked her into allowing my subtotal to be 13.75 and deliver rather than the $15 minimum she was huffing and puffing and swearing to me On the phone. I asked her what the problem was and she said we will see u in 45min the hung up on me. After that she lost my business. I have been ordering from there with the same order for years and NEVER ONCE had to deal with such an attitude about 1.25..Not worth the drama..I’ll just go to Orient express across...

I love Asian food and this is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Everything had ZERO flavor and the employees were very rude. It was a carry out order and once I got back to my house and opened everything, I immediately called them back thinking they might have made a mistake. Management needed to call me back and once she did, she told me I needed to bring the food back in order to get a refund. She did not offer to replace it with anything else like a good manager would. I was happy with the refund so i thanked her and as instructed, I brought it back. When my boyfriend walked back in, they had placed cash on the host stand. The lady at the front pointed at the cash saying, "there's your money" , grabbed the bag and walked away. As a person who personally works in the restaurant industry and hates complaining, I couldn't resist after the experience we just had. Never coming...

We ordered take out and had it delivered. This was absolutely the worst take out food I have ever had.

Upon opening the plastic bag I found the inside of the bag very greasy. This of course made the Styrofoam containers very greasy.

There was so much grease inside the containers even the plastic cup containing the dipping sauce for the eggrolls was too greasy to handle.

We ordered 2 extra eggrolls which were also very greasy. The eggrolls were tasteless and inedible.

Both meals looked exactly the same, even though we ordered different meals, and both contained the same rubbery chicken. Both meals were drowned in some kind of liquid. There was so much of the watery liquid it looked like we had ordered soup.

The meal was totally inedible. It all went into the garbage. $42 worth of garbage.
