I usually don’t leave a review, but this one is worth posting. I purchased a nibberlz meal and some fried pickles. Pickles were fried to hard, so I couldn’t eat them. Nibberlz bread was hard, I called and expressed my concern. In speaking with the manager, she told me the kind of breading they cook the pickles in, that’s expected. Which floored me, because how is it that you continue to serve them, knowing they are not fit to eat. Furthermore, when I told her the bread was hard, she said in order to replace them, I had to bring the food back. I didn’t have a problem bringing the food back. I didn’t feel like driving back, food should have been correct the first time. So I cut my lost and decided to leave a review, so people please make sure your food is right before leaving. The young lady working the drive thru window with Elijah at 11:45 today, was rude when I tried to pay for my food with a $50 and 53 cent. The amount of my order was $39.53. Meaning on $11.00 in change. There is no sign on the drive thru menu that states on $20 bills or less. So when I arrived and handed it to her, she refused my payment. Then when we all pulled our cash together to pay, she pretty much pushed the drink tray and food in my hands, then slammed the window even though I said thank you! I also paid for heavy sauce in which I did not receive. This store has really went downhill and has gotten rude. Now, Elijah was polite when taking our order, but that girl was a different story. I should getting what I paid for, they also barely give you food, it's like a child's plate, and if I pay that much, I should get...

Absolutely worthless staff. Disgusting dining area. Put in an online order to be ready at 12:55. It wasn’t even started at 1:40. I was told it would be ready in a ‘lil bit’. When I asked how long a ‘lil bit’ was, she said “I really don’t know”…trash bins overflowing…and every single staff member didn’t have not an ounce of hustle or urgency or customer service courtesy when the line inside was to the door and drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I had to park in the former Zaxby’s parking lot. Hire all new staff and you might redeem your eating establishment. Bc it’s HORRIBLE. It was better before a smaller building was built and social media declared Zaxby’s racist… All the other one star reviews that mention the food is good…you’re right, it is.
