WARNING: I would not recommend anyone to dine in or place a mobile order for this Taco Bell unless you have a minimum of 30min to spare and don’t have a preference on if your food is edible!
It took 40min to get our food, and that was only after tracking down an employee 20min in who offered to start on our order. Dining room orders and pickups are being completely ignored. Both customers after us had to wait a minimum of 20min and ask to have their food made, one woman waited 25min next to us for a mobile order that had already alerted her was ready for pickup when she arrived.
The employees do not come to the front, and will completely avoid you. So it’s hard to get ahold of someone to even ask about your order. The dining room and building was newer, but still covered with food and trash on the floors, tables, and counters. However, all the trash cans were overflowing, so there’s no where else for it to go anyways. I have no idea how they have 100% cleanliness score, because the store does not reflect that.
Your best bet is to go down the street or only order in drive thru until management does something about this location. I could’ve had a nice sit down dinner at a cantina… I wish I could’ve just canceled the order, refund my...
Read moreI ordered through the app. When I got there, the line was long. Then I saw people backing up. When I got to the order menu, it said under staffed, dine in only. Okay whatever. That's fine. I go in and there is only 2 people working. One is cooking and making food and the other was just wondering around. I don't know if he was new or what. When they gave me the cups, they told me they were out of pepsi that ordered. Annoying, but okay. Then after waiting 30 minutes on my lunch break, they tell me that they're out of Jalapeño sauce, which i ordered extra of. At this point I just wanted a refund. I asked for a refund and the guy said I had to do it through the app. There was no where on the app to do so. I don't know if it's because I was already checked in or what. He just kept saying how they told him to people to go through the app. I just wanted to leave so I got the food and left. It was cold, of course. I understand being understaffed, but they should have been able to just close my this point. This is not the first time they my service here was awful, it's been almost every time. Read moreI’ve never experienced anything like this. Ever. My first mistake was going inside to eat. If I had any sense I would’ve left right after walking in. My family and I waited 30 minutes for our food. Meanwhile DoorDash drivers were blatantly ignored for 15 minutes at a time, customers were coming inside from the drive thru with incorrect food (also ignored until they finally gave up and left). The girl that was taking drive thru orders came out and tried to help customers. In walks the shift manager (I guess?) and tells her to get back to her job. Where has she been this whole time? Outside dealing with a difficult employee or some kind of drama. I don’t know, I don’t care. Our food was cold and thrown together like nothing I’ve ever seen. I put my “chicken cantina tacos” (pictured) in the trash because I honestly didn’t trust the food enough to eat it. My sister’s Mexican pizza looked like it had been thrown against a wall.
