Im really very frustrated from your Captian D Employee here in Shelbyville . I don’t know her name yet but she wear dark blue shirt and sunglasses Black lady with brown curly hairs. i think she is a manager here or what i dnt know . She is totally 100% unprofessional in this restaurant .Im used to regular customer of this Captian d restaurant . i moved here in shelbyville tn from Newjersey . I hv my own Gas station in this town . I just been this restaurant today and i order the Salman Cake . The chef say hii to me because im very regular customer there . And that lady told me that we dnt sell salmon cake anymore and i say excuse me mam cud you please see behind you there is my salmon cake already ready for me and she start speaking loudly to chef that why did you put some rice on it . what the hell is this ? he put that rice just to make it more tasty and to give satisfaction to customer for their service . i told her that mam there is no reason to start speaking loudly to him as if you want to charge me extra then just go ahead do that . I ask her about the sauces and she said we dnt give any free sauce with salmon cake . thts very wiered . every dish can serve with tarter sauce , d sausce , honey mustard sauce etc for free all the time . Read moreI went for a quick lunch, surprise! I was informed the fryer was down earlier. I asked if everything was working and was told yes, but it would take a few minutes. 15 minutes later I was finally gettings what I ordered. This was the least of my concerns: 1: the store was completely dirty. I mean like dead flies on the window sill. I don't think anyone has made an attempt to clean thus establishment in months. The tables, floors, bathroom, condiment station and everything just dirty. There was garbage still in the garbage can by the soda machine that was very smelly. 2: the nice person that took my order was vague about how long my order would take, had I been told from the beginning I would have went somewhere else. When I said something to her about the amount of time it was taken, she just said sorry. She should have offered me my money back. Instead, she just added a chocolate cake to my order. 3: apparently this establishment needs management that is held accountable. Maybe my next call should be to the health department because it is clear that not one person cares about the publics safety. Long story short, do not go to this location, it once was the best one in this area but not anymore. Read moreI went in on the 9th of June about 6 p.m. they the drive-thru was very busy so I decided it would be faster for me to go in and get my food when I went in there were only two employees and they were both very angry cussing hollering at customers Etc I worked in food service so I was this kind as I could be I waited patiently they rang up my food a 10-piece family fish meal in a 10-piece butterfly shrimp it came up to $38.54 I put my card in she walked away came back and then said that it was declined! There was no way there was an issue on my end it had to be there she said we had to run it again I asked if it would double charged my card she said no ran it again I went home called the bank and I had been double charged I gave it an hour or so because they had to close the lobby because they were so overwhelmed I called and asked what could be done about me getting overcharged and she said that there was nothing that they could do I had to take it up with the bank and then she hung up if I could give zero stores that's what I would do I have tried to contact corporate and give my information four times .. the issue is still not fixed alsomt $40.00 I've lost .. will Not be...
