the new owner- ki- was mistreating customers calling them names and also i would hear him mistreat the employed, the very own people that work for him, his wife suni would stand on the burger prep counter in only socks, not properly clean it and wipe it down and make a burger, i mange to get a picture of it. i will never return to DQ or my family i have told them about this and they where absolutely disgusted, and its just sad what this restaurant ,if i can even say it is one, has turn into. im surprised the health department hasn't closed it down I ALSO FOUND OUT HE HAD HIS KIDS WITH NO GLOVES ON MAKING FOOD MESSING WITH FRYERS AND WERE WORKING IN THE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also all of the food you order from the back is microwaved but they call it ¨boosted¨ i asked a former employee that...

Ordered 2 kids meals, a shrimp basket, and the chicken strip meal with rings and fries. The lady working the register brought our food to our table and asked if we were missing anything, to which I said yes, and she said to follow her up to the counter. I was missing my gravy and ranch, so I went up and had to wait for everyone to finish in the line, before I was able to get it. She only gave me ranch, and I told her I was also missing my gravy, which I paid for with my meal and had proof of on the receipt. She grabbed me a container of gravy, and then got snippy with me and told me next time, I have to pay for extra gravy. To which I replied that I did pay for it and never got any. This is like the 3rd time in recent times that I have ordered food or tried to order food. And the card reader was not working. Personally I don't think they food is that great. But what gets me is that the last time I was there. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just to order. Then another 10 minutes to get to the widow. Gave the nice girl my credit card. She scanned it. Gave it back. Waited about 5 minutes at the window. Then she comes back and asks for my card again. Said it did not work. Gave her my card again. Waited a few minutes. Then she came back and said the card reader was not working. And they had put in a call to a technician. Asked if I had cash. I said no. And then she said I could wait for the tech to come and fix it. Never going back...
