Most little Cesar's are typical, order your food and then your in and out. This one tho seems a bit different. Send line there is a lack of a solid plan and good management. Maybe it's that the ownership doesn't care about getting enough help or perhaps it's a idaho of quality training. I'm not sure exactly but none the less Everytime I go in something isn't quite right, this last time I chose to order ahead online. I received a confirmation email saying they expected my pizza to be ready in 23 minutes and It said they would send me another notification when the pizza was indeed ready for pickup. So 25 minutes went by and I hadn't heard anything and I decided to drive to the Little Caesars figuring it would probably be ready very shortly another 25 minutes goes by and I still hadn't received any notification So go inside to pick up my pizza and come to find out it had never been actually placed in the pizza portal therefore they never notified me that it was ready instead when I asked for my order they pulled it out of the heating rack behind the counter. It's a small detail and something that I'm not necessarily complaining about but I feel that it's important to pay attention to details and in this case I could have had my pizza when it was fresh had the employees just put it inside the pizza portal I would have gotten notified that it was ready for pickup. It had been about 5 months since the last time that I had been to Little Caesars this particular location even and the reason for that is because the last time I also experienced a long delay and actually getting my food there were a lot of people working behind the counter on that particular day they were all young and seem to just be goofing around and not getting pizzas made As they were ordered the waiting room was full of people whom all we're waiting just as long as me if not longer while one pizza trickled out at a time at that point I realized that there was a lack of leadership behind that counter and I decided that while Little Caesars had a good price on the food the overall experience wasn't good enough for me to risk going inside of some business just to get it again when I wasn't exactly pleased with that experience So I didn't go back for a long time and now I go back this time and this is how it goes You order my food and the employee never puts it in the pizza portal thereby me getting food that is yes warm but You could tell that it had sit in there warmer for a long time. When I lived in Indy I used to visit Little Caesars about once a week to a week and a half since I've moved to Shelbyville I've visited Little Caesars five times in two years And I'm still waiting for it to feel like whoever owns that business actually wants...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I went to little caesers a few times and everything was great, these last times have been a NIGHTMARE. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my food. The lady at the register said they didn't have one of the items I ordered. I figured I would get a refund but haven't STILL. That was in July. I assumed it was just one little hiccup so we order again. Well this time I do the mobile order again and wait to pick it up because I had been out for hours. I go to pick it up and one of the employees are outside and asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and he said well we cancelled all the orders but I'll check if we have yours. Takes him 40 minutes to just find out my food was never made. Finally he comes out after the 40 minutes and said I would get a refund as they cancelled it all. Well it took me an entire month to even get a refund. I spoke to customer service who sent my info to the managers that never called. I had to go all the way up the chain just to get my refund. I will no longer support this business and it sucks because the pizza was good when it was actually made. They have closed many times without stopping the mobile orders and still accepting payment for things that they aren't even making. It's no wonder they are short...
Read moreI tried calling several times over an hour & 1/2, to place a pickup order. Each time i tried calling fter4- 5 rings, it was like they answered the phone and hung up on me. Thought maybe they we're having phone issue's, but upon arrival, the guy was on the phone, & another customer that was already waiting for his order said he went through the same issue as I had. Couldn't understand the employee verbally, so I pointed to the items I wanted to order and paid, noticed he didn't wash his hands! After looking around, while waiting for the order, I was grossed out by how disgusting the tile floors and tile walls to the ceiling and around the ovens were filthy. The place your order countertops area is covered in filth. It took about 20 mins to receive my order. I lost my appetite after seeing how gross this Little Cesar's pizza store location is! Someone needs to clean the place, hire employees who are customer oriented, speak, and understand English - language at the front of the store, Employee needs to make personal calls on their own time, and...
