Where do I start… if I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I’ve been ordering thru the mobile app a few times now and never had a bad experience until this new girl came along. She’s a Hispanic heavier set girl. One time we ordered thru the app and she was at the window and insisted my order was never placed. After going back and forth with her a few times she turns around to one of her co workers and starts bad mouthing us where the little boy side eyed us and you could tell he wanted no part in it. After saying excuse me to her a few times she rolled her eyes turned around and shut the window on us. Of course I knocked on it to get her attention and she never turned around the manager came to the window and asked us what we needed bcuz the girl had told her that we wanted a refund(according to the manager that’s what she said cuz she told us that she couldn’t refund us and we got confused to who wanted a refund ?) earlier today we had a mobile order and I pulled up the line and the girl asked what’s the name I told her she then asked me 3 more times I told her every time. Then finally said this is the mobile order line I said yes and I have one she said we don’t have an order for that name And said are you sure you placed it at the right location? then I continued to read out my order then someone else jumped in and said what’s the order number I told her and then they proceeded to tell me that it was an in store pick up only not drive thru ( not sure why it said in store pick up) Anyways she said that since it’s an in store pick up I would have to go inside and get it I asked her why can’t you just give it to me at the window? She kept saying inside only inside only . It would’ve made sense if the drive thru was full and I would’ve just held up the line . There was absolutely no one I mean no one there I was the only car there and she still didn’t want to hand me my order thru the window and finally she said rudely just pull up . And guess who was at the window !!! The Hispanic girl again!! She made another girl go get my order which was 3 steps away!!!! That girl needs to be fired! Absolutely terrible customer service from her! Seems like she tries to run the customers away cuz she’s too lazy to do anything and all she wants to do is argue with you! FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! Read moreThis was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences. It was about 9:30 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2015. We were going over to Walmart but thought we could make a quick run through the Taco Bell drive thru. That was a huge mistake! The woman taking drive thru orders was extremely bad at her job. It took her 10-15 minutes just to get our order taken which consisted of only 2 Meal D's, 2 cheesy bean and rice, and 1 bean burrito. Once we finally got to the drive thru window it was at least another 15-20 minutes of sitting there waiting for our food. It was at least a 30 minute total wait in the drive thru if not a total of 40 minutes. Totally crazy! If I hadn't already paid for the food I would have driven off! There were multiple, multiple vehicles that became so disgusted that they broke out of the drive thru line and just left. The woman in the car in front of us appeared to be so upset that she pulled around and went in the store. I don't know if the workers there that night were new or just completely incompetent? There was at least 5-6 workers in the kitchen and maybe only a few customers inside. Absolutely, no excuse for a store/restaurant to be run so incompetently! My family and I have been pretty loyal Taco Bell goers for years and years and we should definitely be compensated with a giftcard for a future visit. Read moreI hardly ever have a complaint when I come here. I understand there will be a mess up here and there. But do not let you customers who are willing to sit 30 to 45 mins in a drive thru wait another 30-45 mins when the order is rang up incorrectly this has happened twice now. I ordered #6 and asked for “3 soft tacos supremes ” and a Freezee. I got a number 3 combo meal. When I mentioned this at the window the girl who was working at the time looked at me with an “oh well attitude.” I wasn’t rude. Then I said “I would like to get 3 tacos I would pay for them if I need to.” She told me to pull up and she would bring them out. Waited and waited and waited. 20 mins pass. So I finally went to the guy who was taking orders and told him I’ve been waiting long. And maybe she forgot. Well he went to check to see what was going on just to come back and say well your order haven’t came up yet and would have to wait a little longer. For 3 tacos? Nothing is cooked to ordered. Why am I waiting this long while you take care of others that came after me. I left. The correct order by this time was cold.
